both have the guy that support you behind the scene while hiding his identity and the girl somehow later get to know them because of work related issue

Both stories revolve around young men and women just entering adulthood who are trying to understand and come to grips with their complicated, sometimes painful pasts. Both focus on the importance of friendship and loyalty, and on moving forward in life in the face of adversity.

In Both dramas the two male lead likes one girl. And the girl has a friend that likes the person she likes.

They are almost the same with the way the love triangle goes. In When Love Walked In There are three main dudes and 2 of them like the same girl. The one the girl is going to be with has a friend that likes him and she is a sister to the other guy that likes the female lead. In moon river it is sort of like that but the girl who is female lead has 2 guys who like her and out of the two guys the third one is the one the other girl likes. She likes the male lead that would not be with the main female at thee end of the day. Kind of confusing but if you watch you will understand.
