W no Higeki (2012)

Both are about mystery, you'll realize soon enough they are similar, cliffhangers and plot-twist in every episode.

Both have plot focusing on the gap between the high society (rich) vs. the poor.

W no Higeki and Tokkaekko have similarities in story that both characters wants
to switch lives with each other. It's just that W no Higeki is melodramatic , mystery genre and has plot twist. The characters in W no Higeki are identical twins so that they can
switch their identity.

Tokkaekko needs a magic to have the characters identity to have it switched.
