In both these chinese dramas, ML and female lead though they like each other, the ML lead marries the second female lead as they were dying. Then go back to the main female lead.

ML character is similar. Both hav a sick ex-wife or ex-GF whom they get married to when they are in a relationship with the FL.

In the female lead is stuck between two male leads. in each of these dramas. In both dramas , there are alternative endings and the female lead ends up with each male lead based on the version you see. Both are in Chinese , I feel Best Time is the better one.
