This drama really interested me when i first watched because it’s a kinda ceo man and weak girl switch role. Because the CEO girl forced a man to sign a contract married with her and ask him to sleep with her so that she could have a child in order to succeed in the company. This drama was so funny i swear because of the reverse role thingy, it gives u a totally different vibe of the drama and really want you to kept on watching. However, i have to be honest, i dropped this drama once because after the funniness everything is kinda boring to me. But after i watched Shan He Ling, i just picked it back up(cuz gongjun ofcc duhh) and i can say that I didn’t regret to pick it back up. Because after they have a child together i really really like their child character. It bring a lot of joy to the whole story. HOWEVER, i still have to say that there are a lot of things I don’t like in this drama. For example, how they lightly treated the villain, how the female just abandon everything and left the male lead(like duhhj nth goes wrong gurll why u did this stupid sht), and what i hate the most was that how the male lead just forgive the female lead after she came back like 3secs 🥴 you know at least the female lead show apologize for what she’s done and hurt him. (I dont really wanna go thru the details) BUTTTT, all of the things I don’t like make me think that maybe me don’t have to use logic to think in this drama which is why I recommend this drama for those for don’t really care about the plot and just want a comedy romance drama to bring joy to your stressful life.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Nice drama
Nice story . But I didn't understand the reason of her to left him . I think there was no need to leave him ,he already told her that he was not too rich like her but he earned enough that he can afford the expenses of her and her family along with his. But she left her .I liked that kid he was so cute especially when he said his dialogue .
I liked Cai Si Yu character more than the first female lead .
All the actors acting were good .
What was good about story that it didn't have much conspiracy.

What a good drama it was. I picked it up for Gong Jun and he didn't disappoint. His Ling Rui was so warm, sweet and wonderful, such a good egg, so grounded and lovely, the way he took care of everyone. No wonder that Lu Fangning decided that he would be the man she would marry and then did everything she could to put a ring on him.Interesting was how different and yet the same Ling Rui & Fangning were each time they met throughout the years: first as kids, then at the very beginning of their career lives and finally as 30 something adults. Theirs was not an easy love. They made several big blunders each - though mostly Fangning, that's true, since she carried more baggage - but in the end they managed to overcome it all and that was just precious.
I admit that I kept skipping the other couples' arcs since especially the character of Simon was rather... problematic. As much as I hate that term, it really fit him considering he was in love with Fangning, his step-niece, whom he watched grow up so... yikes. Sure, he was adopted so they were not blood related but she always saw him as her uncle since she was a little kid. So, no, just no.
But overall, it was a sweet drama. And Ling Rui and Fangning's child, Youyou, was a hoot. Where the casting found such a precocious five-year-old is beyond me. Amazing. For me, though, the main draw was Gong Jun and he was just so good in this part! Loved it!

Outstanding chemistry between male and female leads and also among all actors
I have re-watched this drama multiple times. It’s magical as the storyline is not something that is extraordinary. However, it is very well casted that all the actors and actresses carry their roles so well that made me feel that I am part of them. I am moved by the male and female leads’ emotional scenes. I started to watch more of Gong and Zhou Yutong’s dramas after Begin Again as I enjoy their acting. The actor who acted as Lu Fangning’s dad is a great actor. His aura makes his acting even more fascinating . Though I have watched it so many times, when it comes to those scenes, I will still be moved. I love how the different OST goes with the mood of different scene. The director has skilfully stringed the two parts of the story that makes it more interesting.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Worth watching
To be frank I have thought to watch this drama a long ago and dropped too many times as I will go with other drama I think that's the biggest mistake I have done .It's really an amazing drama. First drama I have seen with domineering female lead and her character is really awesome as girl would really like to be like her .Though it's a contract marriage sequence it's not like other dramas. Each and every one of the cast have done an amazing job.Its not too draggy it went smoothly they did not speed up the ending they have equally given importance to all the characters.The second lead couples were too cute and the third lead also.At last have to mention the little kid yoyo he has an amazing future.He s just too cute and his acting was excellent.If u are planning to watch this drama then go for it it's worth watching become one of my fav dramas.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
An Amazing Drama!
This drama was so good, I would highly recommend this drama to anyone, esp if you like romcoms set in the business world!Story: The story was pretty good, it contains quite a few cliche tropes, however, they integrated it nicely and I did not find it very cringy at all. The kind of plot in this drama is one that I love reading about on online reading websites but what I loved most (my favourite thing in the drama) is how the roles are more or less switched, rather than having a more dominant/assertive male role in the business industry, it is a female and I just love that. However, I found things a little confusing towards the end, things seemed to be really rushed, though the story was still entertaining. Some characters also seemed to make some rather spontaneous decisions that I found quite weird as I couldn't really have seen them deciding what they decided.
Cast: The cast and the acting in this was very pleasant and realistic! It was astounding! The main leads have very good chemistry, and their acting seemed very, very natural. I especially love the main female actress, Zhou Yutong, she did a superb job and I really like her voice. The only con I can think of is the second male lead's (Simon (Garvey Jin)) acting. He seemed very stiff and emotionless, no matter what occasion. Perhaps it is because of the character type he is playing. Anyways, the character expresses a lot more emotions towards the latter episodes.
Music: I enjoy all of the OSTs for Begin Again, they're all very splendidly composed.
Rewatch: I normally don't rewatch many shows, but I do think this one is worth it because it is actually SO GOOD.
In short, this is a very good drama and you should watch it.
P.S I watched as many behind the scenes videos as I could find and omg, watching it left me smiling foolishly, The mains have a good relationship both on set and off set, seriously, give this one a watch!

Feel-good! Hilarious and addicting!
The story has flaws, but oh man, this drama is addicting. The ML and FL have palpable chemistry and tension. It makes me giddy that I have to watch all their NGs and BTS. Lol!I also love Lu Fang Ning's character development, and man, Simon Gong is too cute. His character depiction is realistic, way better than his portrayal in Love Equations! Unpopular opinion, I love how the reunion scene was executed. It doesn't have to be too melodramatic and emotional, I love it. There's also a vibe of Perfect and Casual in some scenes, hahaha!
This is a feel-good drama that will make you giddy and happy. I highly recommend this drama, a must watch!

Refreshing Characters, a Must-Watch
A very enjoyable drama to watch despite its flaws. This is a pretty long review so let me begin with the one thing I didn't like. This is already a 9 for me and I definitely would have given this a perfect 10 if it weren't for this. This may not be that be a big deal so don't let this one discourage you. The character progress is really good on this one.Anyway, the FL is characterized as a strong and smart businesswoman. Well, she is. And her character is (too) pushy in the first few episodes. As much as I love the FL here, she didn't really respect the ML's personal space/boundaries at first. The good thing here though, is that her character has excellent development. From being self-centered, it doesn't take too long for her to grow and become genuine and caring for the ML.
Alright, now for the good things. I can't list them all or else it'd take forever but one of the best things in this drama is the character/cast. Unlike most kdramas and cdramas I've watched, the ML is kind, supportive, and mature. The reversal of roles is a joy to watch.
Also, once the leads actually get together, you can't help but swoon and be happy for their relationship. It's healthy and wholesome. Not to mention the amazing chemistry. I've watched the behind the scenes and you can really tell that the actors are comfortable with each other.

THIS GETS BETTER AFTER EVERY EPISODE!!
When I'm watching the first episodes, I feel kinda bored to be honest. I'm thinking whether I should continue or drop the show. Luckily, I decided to continue and as I continue the series the more I like it. The leads are really good and the chemistry is to die for. I love them so much and their back story and how they find each other again, so so good. Ling Rui is a walking green flag!! 🫶🏼Other concerns are other parts of Tang Pingping is unnecessary and some of her scenes are actually irritating for me. I'd prefer if they didn't include some of her scenes because its too cringe and unrealistic. Don't get me wrong, she's a good actress, it's just some of the scenes given to her are not really necessary.
I love all of them. The love story of Simon and Siyu are also good. I like the beginning part of their story. 💖

Light hearted and Romantic
Starters: First of all I'm a sucker for contract marriage / arranged marriage plots, so when I saw this , it automatically found itself in my watchlist. It aired in MGTV at that time, as they take forever with the subs, it didn't stop me from watching.The plot: So, the roles are reversed here, as it features a controlling, bad-ass, fashionista, sexy Female CEO and a gentle, kind-hearted and beautiful male lead doctor. The story threads on how they agreed to get married without emotions just to get over it to them eventually falling for each other and realizing what really love is. ❤️❤️❤️ If you are not for light, feel good, romantic drama, then this is not for you.
It has comedy: The antics and machinations of Yutong just to get Gong Jun in bed and give her a baby were so funny!
Romance: They didn't lack in the kiss scene department (super plus points, as I like seeing Gong Jun kiss). Chemistry of the leads are also okay.
No baddies: Their are no evil antagonists here, which I also like. There might be characters which will cause slight hiccups for our leads but that's about it.
Second Leads: The story of second leads are also fluffy and cute (Garvey Jin is dashing!).
Fluffiness: You-you, I have to talk about that ball of fluff in panda suit. That kid, I loved him in Blooms of Ruyi and he also appeared here so, yeah. 😍 This smart little kid makes the romance between his parents even more exciting.

This is a feel good romance drama. The story is not new, may have been made into many dramas, but the cast and chemistry between the ML and FL makes it different. This is the first drama that I've seen both the FL and ML, but I'm impressed with them, particularly the FL. She is not over the top and she makes every episode enjoyable. I also like the gender reversal role in this drama. Contract marriage usually involves a richer male lead with an ordinary female lead, but in this drama, the role is reversed. The little kid who appear later in the drama is so cute.. With drama like this, there are of course some cliche and "huh" moments, but it's not too annoying that it takes away the enjoyment of watching the drama. Soundtrack for this drama is uplifting, ones that you can repeat while reminiscing about romantic parts of the drama, especially the way the ML looks at the FL. As for rewatch value: definitely! Watch this drama of course because of Simon gong.This drama tell story about a couple that 'restart' their relationship 3x. 1st when they just know each other, 2nd when they decided to make their marriage seriously & last to rekindle their marriage after stupid break up.
What i like:
+ Simon gong is so cute here..... <3. I more and more falling in love with him. His fans definitely have to watch this, very much pleasing for the eye where he half naked :D.
+ Lu You You (YY) so adorable. I can't stop repeating his scene...
+ Lu Fang Ning (FN) is one adorable woman. She is one domineering CEO, but in front of Ling Rui (LR) she is so childish.
+ How FN & Tang Ping (PP) & also with Cai Si Yu (SY) became friend is so adorable.
+ They don't make the misunderstanding about their son too complicated.
+ When SY confess her feeling to Lu Yi Yao is just adorable in my opinion. & their relationship after 6 year turn upside down is so funny actually.
+ So funny to see LR & FN teasing each other. FN teasing LR in the first episode & LR teasing FN after they rekindle again
+ No story about overbearing parents in FN side, because u know she is from rich family while LR is not.
What minus or maybe a little bit force:
- Gao Er Fan reason to force his way with the company is a little bit weird & doesn't makes sense. And after all that year of obsession's to drop it just like that because what FN said even doesn't make more sense.
- FN reason to leave LR is just plainly stupid. One of the most stupid plot in drama world maybe. Just to make a reason for their rekindle story.
- Actually the more I think the more I fell everything around everyone relationship kinda a little bit force. Like how in the end everyone have to got their own couple. How they force Lu Yi Yao with Cai Si Yu after 6 years. They even feel they have to make Tang Ping & Peng Bo as a couple.
Overall this one good drama. Yes I think i'll gonna re-watch some cute scene. Especially about the cute Yao Yao. ^_^
