In Jewel in the Palace, she can cook since she was 3 years and is very knowledgeable in the kitchen compared to others. In Red Sleeve, she's good at writing and poetry.

It’s not exactly the same but one of the similarities is King/Emperor falling in love with a maid. And the chemistry b/n the leads is on point.

Both are my favourites. So if you liked The red Sleeve, u will certainly like The Empress Ki.

Even the story is different, but both dramas give me same kind of vibe, full of emotion from the beginning to the end. If you love actions, TnK has more action scenes than TRS, fill with samurai fights. Both endings are very nostalgic and deep to our mind.
