When the actors make the show glow
I'll keep this really short!!!This is type of a drama with a basic ass plot which we've seen it million times before, from enemies to lovers. Nothing mind blowing or new, BUT the actors made this drama interesting and addicting.
Great acting. Loved the chemistry between them. Loved the cute moments between them.
Nice camera work, and the cinematography is nice. The characters are nice, but you'll live for the main couple.
The plot might be interesting to someone who is new to this kind of "topics" or genre, but for me its pretty basic and its something I've seen at least 50 times. The story is predictable but easy to follow.

THIS SHOULD BE THE MOST HONEST REVIEW IN THE LIST.
AS SOMEONE WHO IS NOT A HARDCORE FANS OF BOTH ACTOR, THIS SHOULD BE THE MOST HONEST REVIEW IN THE LIST.This series was so hyped so much that I thought it was worth watching, like really really worth it. The review was not bad so I have no doubt about it and try to drown myself into a Bad Buddy world. It was a terrible decision that I wish I could unwind. Ugh, my expectation was too over the roof.
It sucks bad. Everything seems so rushed and immature, the directing to the script, that awkward commercial "break" moment, the horrendous camera position, and the imbalance mic/sound output. Not to mention the unnecessary fan service; kissing, shirtless scene, etc. It's as if an intern is 100% behind this "masterpiece". I expected so much from the director since he is one of the important people behind ATOTS (If I am not mistaken). There are so many things to dislike about this series. Unfortunately.
PS: AS AN ARCHITECT MYSELF, I REALLY HATE HOW THIS SERIES PORTRAYS ARCHITECTS WORKS AND ETHICS. IT'S AS IF THEY JUST THROW IN THE TYPICAL PERSPECTIVE OF HOW AN ARCHITECT SHOULD BE, BUT THAT TYPICAL PERSPECTIVE PORTRAYED IN THE SERIES WAS WRONG TOO!! I AM TOTALLY MAD ABOUT IT. AS SOMEONE WHO IS AS PERFECTIONIST AS PRAN, THIS IS TOTALLY SUCH A TURN-OFF. DO SOME RESEARCH BEFORE PUTTING OUT YOUR WORK! PITY THOSE ACTORS HAD TO GO THROUGH SUCH A HORRENDOUS PLOT & SCRIPTWRITING!

A bit cliche', a bit boring, a few good scenes
I couldn't give this series a 10 - there were to many things wrong with it.1) Teenage boys are usually rebellious, for these two to listen to their parents and hate each other after being friends in school - nope, doesn't work for me
2) Parents who live next door to each other as adults and are still immature and acting like kids, nope, doesn't work for me
3) Cliche - boys who are enemies become lovers
4) G- Rated - so few kisses and mostly rough and tumble play - can't really feel the love here
I don't know, I watched the whole series waiting for something major to happen and it never did.
No rewatch value for me

I was skeptical at first
I have watched a lot of bls. The most common thing I've encountered with a lot of the series is the cringefactor. Acting that is partly unbelievable and is drawn into ridiculousness by "funny" scenes.I was very surprised when I finished watching the available episodes of Bad Buddy. The two protagonists play with facial expressions, gestures and words. No exaggerated eye rolling or strange conversations.The chemistry between the two is just right, sound effects and music are used appropriately and the commercials are not annoying.
I look forward to the next episodes and regret that I have already started it. Now I have to wait until January to enjoy the rest of the series.

Best BL series of 2021
Am not a BL series fan though , but this series hit different .People who want to watch ROM-COM but with amazing acting ,direction and cinematography .. I think this one will the perfect pick
For ep4-6 (Aired so far ) , I was always sitting on the edge of my chair even during there normal scenes..
Ohm on the other hand amazed me with his acting skill , I can’t imagine any one doing an blank scene as perfect ..
Even though story is little predictable , nothing to worry anyone will differently enjoy this series .
Am not going to write what can be done better but few scenes hit straight to the heart ..
From beginning being neighboring enemies to just more than friends each scenes are gem which will make us happy and sad at the same time .

I didnt wanna like this but here I am
Yeah i thought i was too cool for this series.i mean you cant blame me. The plot is pretty shit just from the synopsis. The basicest of the basicestest basic. Enemies to lovers and rando family fueds. And the dreaded engineering faculty. This was going to be bad. i just knew it. Did not even try.I did try watch the first episode and sure enough within the first 5 minutes theres a bunch of guys beating each other up. Trying to look all matcho.And if you know me I find action more loathful and boring that anything else. So i pretty much gave up 5 minutes in.
BUT. theN I went on one of those coldties edits. (S/he are the only reason I watch any dramas.) she and everyone else was so hyped about it and the edit made it look good so i was just like.... Ok now i have to watch it.
So i did! Definitely had to skip all the ffight scenes but that was just the first five minutes. Then it got better and better and i was just smiling throughout. And before I knew it this series took over my LIFE. i dont think i d be alive the entire week if i didnt know bad buudy was releasing in friday. And i cant believe its ending so soon:/
The plot is basic. Yeah. Fact. But its ok. It takes a cliche and just executes it well. Which makes it amazing. Its like all the feel goodness of 2gether minus the cringe and the lack of chemistry(was that controversial, i dont care sarawat and tine are just so straight that my brain doesnt stitch them together. Even when sarawats talking about grabbing tines tits, and he does that aLOT, it feels so utterly heterosexual.)i guess because theyre friends irl. Its also very healthy. Wholesome. They have realistic issues except for the fam thing. Not even a bit of unneccessarily prolongedyy drama. These boys act like real human beings. They talk stuff out. As they should. They dont act emotionally constipated just to extend the episode count to 20. Love that.
The actings pretty fine. I have 0 complaints. I dont want to get flamed by the stans but I feel like people hype nanons acting up incredibly high and I dont get it. I am NOT SAYING hes bad at acting. NOT AT ALL hes actually tred good and good at making you feel like its not acting. Very impressive for a young age too and hes only going to be getting better. What im saying though is that its the bare minimum to not cringe at an actors skillslol? I think we're all just so used to low tier bl actors that when anyone who can give a decent play of their role, its genuinely shocking, which i dont quite understand. Hes not bad AT ALL AND I REEMPHASISISE THAT HES ACTUALLY GOOD but yes i didnt quite get the hype. He plays his role like an actor should and I hope that sets a standard. Everyone acts pretty fine too.

Episode 5- I can't do this anymore
Bad Buddy is not just drama is a cultural reset, it’s the oxygen you breathe, it’s a lifestyle, a reason to breathe, an escape from this cruel world filled with thieves. It’s art, the first gift you open on christmas, a hug from a loved one, everything you’ve ever wanted. After watching episode 5, I'm a useless blob who eats, breathes and contemplates whether it's the sun or Pat (Ohm) and Pran (Nanon) who are the center of the solar system... On a serious note though they couldn't have chose better actors for this show, the cast is amazing. Everyone included in the making of this show is superb and the chemistry of the actors is unmatched, no will ever surpass it. Furthermore, the story is immaculate I can’t fault it whatsoever- it's beautiful, natural and real. I've felt the same emotions that Pat and Pran feel in the story but this story just evaluatesto another level. My heart was beating so fast and I felt I was going to throw up, for a second I was wondering if I was having a panic attack and was genuinely worried about my health. I'm still in a state of shock. The music is so good, the way Nanon's expresses emotion through his voice is unprecedented, just beautiful- he not only creates atmosphere but makes people feel things that they have never felt. I'm serious, I've never rewatched a show the way I rewatch this one every week. It's unreal. Just perfect...Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Si queres ver un drama en el que hay evolución en los personajes, la relación que tienen es saludable y queres sentir muchas emociones distintas, este el mejor drama.Aun no ha terminado, pero ya se ganó mi corazón. Al inicio pensé que iba a ser la tipica historia de hate to love, pero no lo es. Creo que es un drama que muestra muy bien lo que es una relación saludable y las perspectivas de los dos.
A Pran desde hace tiempo le gustaba Pat, pero Pat es una persona a la que le cuesta mucho darse cuenta de lo que realmente siente (algo con lo que me re identifico). Asi que en la historia van mostrando como su amistad va creciendo y como Pat poco a poco comprende sus propios sentimientos. Dije que es una relación saludable ya que siempre que tienen algún problema lo charlan y no obligan al otro a hacer cosas que no quieren ni nada parecido. Su relación es algo que les hace bien a los dos y los hace ser mejores personas (que para mi es de lo más importante en una relación).
Es el primer BL de Nanon y pienso que haberlo puesto con Ohm fue la mejor decisión, se nota lo cómodo que se siente.
Soy horrible para redactar y me faltan un millón de cosas más por decir, pero quería dar mi opinión :]

This drama is really amazing. I must talk about their acting both nanon and ohm did mesmerizing work.It felt so pure and real and watching the first episode itself made me watch the full series in one shot. I love this drama the storyline, their romantic interactions, kiss,jealousy,fight....everything was just perfect.
Pran's character potrayal was amazingly done by nanon. Pran's feelings, emotions,it felt so real that the one who will watch will also feel it.the background music ,surroundings,the supporting cast and the creative storyline, altogether made this drama$$"OMG"$$.
If you are ever thinking of watching a drama i will strongly recommend you this one as it is freakingly amazingly divine,an absolution and the legendary rooftop kiss ??????? in ep 5 will make you blood pressure and heart ❤???? go high.

Addicted...
I reay liked Ohm from his other BL projects, and then came Nanon...and the combination is magical. The acting, directing, script writing - elevated Thai BLs to a new level. Being mainly a fan of Korean and Taiwanese series, BB cought me by surprise. A very good surprise.I love the directing. I love the screen writing...every intelligently and naturally spoken line, every glance, every smile and shrug has a meaning. Love their different styles of expressing their inner struggle ...their fears...even the usual tropes and episodes "fillers" (romping on the beach, bus ride to a volunteer camp, promoting goods...,) are done in a non cringe way, not awkward or blatant.
And who can forget that finger licking scene?!?!

Currently at the end of ep 9, i'm CRYING.All the episodes were amazing, my fav are ep 5 (THE first kiss), ep 6 (so much fun seeing Pat running after Pran, Pran who's scared) and ep 8 (secret loverss, cute scenes) then ep 9 was great,, i loved all the communcation between PatPran, they
have such a healthy relationship, BEST BOYFRIENDS !!

Then PAT, my sexy cutie boy, who's strong, smart, soft, HOT, HIS FLIRTY EYESS??, HIS DAMN SMIRKS. He's so understanding and he cares a lot abt Pran, AS HE SHOULD, BEST BF, husband material<333, tho he makes me doubt my sexuality honestly!!
Wai he got good look, i know he has done bad things, hope he can figure out how to love himself and the people around him, who actually CARES abt him,, like KORN.

A drama does not need perfectcharchters or a lot of se scenes, no no no! A drama needs natural and authentic characters who are doing mistakes but are actually trying to solve them, THEY ADMIT, THEY SAY SORRY, THEY DO COMMUNICATION.
There is a lot to learn from this show, we are learning with thecharacters, we can just so immerse oursleves with them, I WANT TO HUG THEM AND LAUGH WITH THEM, the humor in this show >>>
