This series was indeed a great show, but with standing, there were hiccups.I want to start with the fact that after white had an argument with his dad, he just left.
We didn’t see the father trying to look for him, trying to know what caused the sudden change in white’s attitude or trying to reach, or I will just say white father completely disappeared from the show.
Another issues; after the gang was saved from the kidnapping, it was like the show automatically ended. No justice was passed on to tawi, they became free just like that, I mean this people are vigilantes. There were no more news about the protest, about Tawi and about the repercussions the gang should face having being vigilantes. We were left hanging. I am really hoping for a second part that will bring justice too all this hangs.

Seeing so many (+) score/review for this drama, my review will be on the negative scale. Haha... Who like it...? Just like the title Not Me. Haha... For me this drama have so many weird stuff going on that no sit right with me.As usual the safe or (+) point first
+ Gun Atthaphan Phunsawat. I can see the diff between Black & White character. He acted good to make us easily distinguish between Black & White
+ The story of Yok & UNAR. I feel their story more neatly than the story of White and Sean. And I quite like the chemistry between First Kanaphan Puitrakul & Fluke Gawin Caskey.
+ The interesting, but unreal, connection between twin. Haha... Yeah we always fantasies twin have this crazy connection, like Black & White. They can sense each other, feel each other feeling. And Black & White just bring us the extreme case of twin connection.
Overall this one crazy drama on my list.... And down below is the weird stuff going on that no sit right with me. With SPOILER ALERT!!! So read with ur own risk!

The plot hole:
- The biggest issue for me... The BIG problem never really addressed properly. Is it about big figure, in this case Tawi, monopolize economy & corruption everywhere. Or about drug. Or about how he just above the law & acting arbitrarily toward everything. What is the biggest issue that our gang actually want to fix...? I don’t get it. It's true what Black & White mom said, if not Tawi someone gonna replace him & nothing gonna change. So what our gang actually gonna fix...? What all the protest about...? In the end nothing really change or at least they don't show us what change. Not even Tawi himself in the end we can see step down from being the num 1 man in business. NOTHING F*CKING CHANGE!!! So what's this drama about to begin with...?
- The second biggest for me the relationship between Black | White and Sean itself. It just feel so weird. One moment they still bickering with each other, maybe just start being friends with each other, and suddenly BUM they start kissing & have s*x. I just thought 'what the F*'. No i don't feel they have feeling for each other prior, no gaze what so ever that indicates everything going to be different. That's just the setting & the director just decided it's time to bring them together & to make it even worse, after that they can't even live without each other.
- Black & White so f*cking diff but no one said anything about it. They feel it, they know it, but NO ONE SAID ANYTHING!!! If u have a friend that change so much until feel like diff person, won't you said something to them, even just only ur suspicion, they convince you nothing diff or not that's other case. This even worse... They'll gonna do something dangerous together, with the friend that already changing, and still NO ONE SAID F*CKING ANYTHING. If me... I won't trust someone that change so drastically over night to do something that dangerous and important with me...
- Who is Black...? Why he seems so irritated and angry with the world? What his story...? Why he became who he is, right at the moment we get to see him...? What injustice he received until he feel he need to do something to changing it...? I need background story of Black.
- Who the old man that show up in the end of the drama. Is he the real BIG BOSS in the shadow? Through out the drama, I feel Tawi is not the Big boss. Tawi more like some face that someone put in the front to take the bullet.
- Who is Tod? What important role did he had behind the curtain...? That's never bring to light to us.
- Our gang break the law but never get consequences, just because they're the main lead or in the drama because people demanded it. What White and his friend did already break the law, not just minor mischief, but they're just never get consequences. Yeah yeah just a few time get shot. This can teach bad things in wrong mind. People can do bad stuff, but that's ok if many people think they did the right thing...

GUN ATTPN acting in this drama is insane!!!!!!Being a twin with different personality, for me GUN do he's best.
I can't stop admiring his acting in this drama. How can someone acting through his eyes like that.
The story have a complicated plot, its about law, legal and ilegal thing, politic,and humanity. For BL Series,its a nice and anti-mainstream plot. The actors in this drama play well and their chemistry is very good.
And the phisycal relationship is insane! This drama has a dark vibe with love that can play your emotion.
I wish people more give attention to this masterpiece!!!

There's more to it.
There's more to it than the relationship between the famous main characters. Many of us wants to watch this because of OffGun and to see the relationship between them. But this is not just a love story , a BL. This series portrays a main social problem that many people, not only in Thailand but around the world, faces in the present. Also we can gain some knowledge about how todays world works. This happens to be a main reason why I liked to watch this series. Its like a dumpster fire, a little bit of arson, pretty to look at but there is garbage involved
Alright, this one is a doozy, the premise: a squad of gays fighting corruption in the Thai law and police force, fucking amazing, so exciting. Less great, the MC, white, the most irritating piece of shit you've ever met, the actor who plays him does fine with playing Black so its clearly a character problem. The whole romance with Sean and White felt so left field, I thought white would be more likely to try eat lava than fuck Sean but here we are. And here I am watching ep 12 and white fucking kissing Sean with very clearly no consent (so sexually assaulting him). Also, Yok and Dan, loved that idea. Yok is fucking hilarious, I love him, I love the inclusion of deaf person into the narrative re: his mom, and Dan, as UNAR is iconic, love me some graffiti criticizing the government, but Dan as Dan *vomiting emoji* not only is his personality akin to that of a white break crust, he is also supposed to be one of the "good" cops which is not what you want to see in a series critiquing the police force. And then there is Eugene and Gram (RIP all the GramBlack supporters). It just makes me feel sorry for Eugene, like the woman is still recovering from dealing with the heartbreak from WhiteasBlack and Gram decides now is the time to shoot his shot, he unsurprisingly gets rejected and keeps fucking trying. Also, wtf is Grams's deal, like why is he there, do we know? All I know is I absolutely hated how domineering he was in ep 12, bitch didn't allow Eugene to have agency at all. Red Flags all the way. And then there is poor Gumpa who is being used and abused as nothing but a plot device. Why does this man just adopt random kids and train them like he was a military guy? why is he teaching basically children to fire a gun? Who's to say?Overall, was it good? sure if you don't mind skipping the endless amount of SeanWhite shoved in your face constantly.
Now I know what you're thinking, Epsilon what did you expect. For one, something like manner of death, you know, where the romance and the plotline co-exist, instead of the romance undermining the plot, and second, a less irritating protagonist, like I'm sorry but Off and Gun felt more like to be Santa's elves at your local shopping mall than human rights activists. Like everyone else fits except those two. Also, I would have loved to see a woman in their squad, like Namo would have been an excellent fit and it would uplit her character to more than "person with a crush on Sean".
It's okay, but it's not over yet, hopefully, it will only get better

Was afraid to watch and now regred that I didn´t watch it sooner
I love this drama so much.... it is one my favorite all the time. Watched it three times and still can´t get enough. Many people say that they didn´t like but for me it is one of the best bl drama. Loved the story and acting was so good. Every moving moment was completed with beautiful music and it was incredible with it.... Hope this will help you to decide to watch. NOT ME IS A MUST WATCH!!!!
I remember seeing this show on hitv and just randomly decided to watch it. This was also when I was kind of still in my bl newbie phase. I ended up dropping anything I had to do and binged watched it in less than 48 hours and even though I was very exhausted by the end and really sad of finishing the show IT WAS AN AMAZING WATCH!!! Almost everything about this bl makes it such an enjoyable watch. Good acting, interesting story, and nice OST music. My only ick is how quickly yok aka first character just so easily forgave Dan aka Gawin's character it was just a tab bit annoying, but I still love this show! I also had a s**t ton of ghost ships and I'm sad knowing the fact that some of them never became a real thing. It was really fun trying to figure out who was the one who put Black's character in a coma (even though that person was my main guess). But I did have to rewatch this show cause i forgot sum things senice I binged it so defenly if you're going to watch this show don't do what i did. One of my favs ever
Rewatching again for the 10th time and it's still as exciting as the first. The actors are perfect, the ost is incredible and overall the story is amazing. I wished for Gram to end up with some1 else but it's fine. I felt like he didn't have good chemistry with Eugene but whatever.I also gotta say, Gun is such an incredible actor. The way he played both Black and White but you could still clearly see a difference in their behavior is amazing. Really excited for Offgun's upcoming series 'Cooking Crush'!!

Great series!
I really love this series. Gun's acting was remarkable. I have a couple of complaints though.First, Gram annoyed the hell out of me, like I get Black didn't treat Gene that great but come on dude, he's supposedly your friend. Idk, that just annoyed me.
Second, there's unanswered questions. Like when White was acting as Black, their dad didn't question where he went? Black fought those officers at the hospital but received no punishment, or he never got caught? Lastly, they all had classes but hardly attended?
Honestly, I would like a second season to see what everyone done after the last mission, like what was Black going to do? Also, would have loved more interactions with Dan and Yok. (I love FirstKhao but I still wanted moren?)
Overall, even with my complaints it's a great series, I would rewatch it!

Oh how i love this drama it contains everything the story, the action, the romance, the drama everything in it completes each other, it will always have a special place in my heart…the story of the twins having a powerful connection was very interesting to me… and about the other part of the story it’s good not very unique, but i enjoyed it. such an amazing acting especially from gun, it amazed every time i see how well he acted the twins he is such a great actor, his acting made me wanna watch more works from him. Anyways if you’re seeing this it’s definitely a watch worthy…

Punk rock poetry in a boys' love dream.
Motorcycles, street art, social justice, rooftops, parkour, strong women, LGBTQ+ pride, and boys’ love…what more could you ask for? All my favorite things aside XD, this show is exceptionally well made in many ways. Great writing, engaging story, beautifully filmed, nuanced acting. So fulfilling, and I'm not even talking about the soy milk :DI wasn't sure what I was expecting with this show, but it definitely wasn't to find a masterpiece of queer cinema. Most of the other BLs I've watched, even though highly recommended, are not really about queer issues. Not Me is a queer punk rock revolution, celebrating equality and fighting for social justice. Like in the rooftop scene about fear and bravery, Anucha Boonyawatana teaches us how to be brave enough to speak out, and that your voice matters.
Visually, this series is like poetry. The close-ups are raw and realistic—you can feel the detail and subtleties in the actors’ skin. The scenes are allowed to play out naturally—this was the first drama where I felt the arc leading to the first kiss was well built. The flag march, simply holding hands, then sharing secrets in White's room, then the rooftop. In that rooftop kiss, they put out the sun between their lips…and hug—it’s so simple, that new love embrace that everyone has felt, but no director has managed to capture quite so authentically.
The chemistry between the actors playing Sean and White feels unbelievably real. The love scene left me in tears. The sweetness and passion between them is so moving. Seeing the two lovers model communication and respect for each other was truly special. The ear tug, the button, the love of detail and honesty is what makes this story so memorable.
And the turning point, when Sean meets Black for the first time left me speechless. Not realizing they are twins, Sean in a way must feel he is with an abusive partner that seems to switch personalities. Black/White are like two sides of the same person battling themselves, and it's the person closest to them that ends up getting hurt. Although this last interpretation is a deeply personal one, it brings up trauma in a cathartic way.
To me, one of the most important questions the director raises in this work is whether or not a person is capable of change. "Someone who always goes with the flow cannot go against the current." Sean says this, and White responds saying that people are capable of change, otherwise we'd still be living in caves. This, along with the idea that bravery cannot exist without fear, are powerful tools for self-acceptance and growth.
For me, this show was healing. This is one of those rare times when I want to hold a story close to my heart and also share it with everyone. Only a good work of art can do that—that’s what Not Me is. It's a poetic love letter to queer artists and activists overcoming trauma. Their happy ending is what this community needs.

Unbelievably good series
Words can’t describe enough my love for this series, i’ve watched a lot of BLs, good ones, with some of the same actors as in Not me, but none of them made me feel this suffering, pressure, hurting, the most sincere love and character development..all being acted in the purest and most natural way, that no series did, it really is an unforgettable experience..Thank you production team for this masterpiece, and to the actors i found out about, and will further follow their career growth, supporting them. I sincerely recommend it to all kind of viewers, who are at least okay with LGBTQ+ relationships, to view this series, because it doesn’t only involve love confessions with some drama, it’s about life and the will to live, inspiring you to change your mindset and be braver, live life at fullest, be happy and stay by the side of people whom you love, accept their love, accept the world as it is, accept yourself as who you are.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
