Gorgeous gangsters
There isn't a love triangle but there's definitely some sort of geometrical shape where person A is clearly interested in person B but person B only has eyes for person C but then loops back to person A.The acting is great, the looks of love are heartfelt and the fierceness feels so real. It also has some funny moments. I like all the main characters. The story isn't just a love story (or two) but there are themes of sacrifice, loyalty and family. Each episode is around 30 minutes and they are packing it all in.
I loved it and I had my fingers crossed that it would all work out.
What I liked: Bai Zong Yi's family especially the way his dad accepted reality. Ai Di's feistiness!
What I didn't like: the violence (one episode in particular) was too much for me sometimes. There were a few caricatures of baddies (I know that it happens a lot) and of those wanting revenge.
Cake looked good too!

Probably the best BL Ive seen, except...
I wanna be buried with this series. I wanna marry it. It's so ADVANCED. I'm a writer and aspiring director and during the entire time I was watching this series all I could think was of how advanced it is. The story/plot is mind-blowing...it explores uncharted territory--PARTICULARLY the background/childhood for BOTH of the leads. It's unique and honestly, a breath of fresh air. It easily breaks stereotypes, things omitted by past dramas. The plot is so up and down that even straight Kdramas fear it. It challenges basic character structure. NOT MANY ASIAN BL DRAMAS TODAY CAN DO THAT. And by not many, I mean like, two or three. The main pairing, both characters surprised me. It's almost a learned trait of a sort now. I can see an actor and automatically know how they're going to act, and it's TERRIBLE. It's refreshing to see such interesting characters.
There's only one thing stopping this from being a 10/10 and that is, as usual, the Taiwanese drama curse. I have never seen a Taiwanese drama that didn't have at least ONE controversial thing. And that thing ALWAYS has the power to ruin the entire series. I hate to say it but Keseki: Dear To Me didn't dodge it. Also the soundtrack didn't stick out to me, never really does. Music is really important, even in series such as these, and there was a severe lack.

One night can ruin everything.
All the negative things I'm about to write are lies. This show is amazing, Yo. I am writing this in chemistry class, so let's break it down. We are going to average, go by each episode, and then yeah. This is a banger; watch it. The average is 8.23 stars out of 10, and for once, I rounded up. Because this show is so good, bro.I was very confused. I did not know what was even happening. It started off with a flashback, and I know that now, but at the time, I didnt know. its some ganster crime thing. and I was too confused to write a longer review; love me for that.
I think Fan Ze Rui and Bai Zhongyi kissed, and I was confused. And all of the actors for our two couples were gorgeous. Oh my god, the visuals were out of this world with this cast. Their beauty was really underappreciated in this. I knew from the start that there was going to be a lot of back and forth and running circles around each other because it was an awkward 13 episodes.
Around the third episode, Fan Ze Rui and Bai Zhongyi were already in love, and I was like, What? But then they went back on it, and I was grateful that they were going to drag this show out. I thought that Chen Yi and the boss he liked were son and father at first. I was like, no way, he has a crush on his dad. Ai Di's crush was very present in the first episodes, and I respect her.
then they were doing absolutely nothing. They were sitting there doing nothing, and nothing happened. They were making bad moves at each other, and everything felt very awkward and foreboding at first. Bai Zhongyi and Ai Di were the only ones I liked. They were both chill, and I like how Ai Di didn't make a huge deal about the mafia clan sh*t. But there was a lot of just sitting there, bro.
We started to uncover more and more about both of our couples, and I was happy about that. I was on my junior trip when an episode aired, so I had to catch up. That girl who was all up on Bai Zhongyi was getting on my nerves; she probably won't and somehow blame him for the drug stuff, and then they have to deal with that. So that's fun, I guess.
If they don’t leave Bai Zhongyi alone, Please, holy sh*t. Leave this boy alone. And bro is 17; let’s talk about it, bro. Thank God he is backing off because this bitch is a literal child. Ai Di joining the school was the biggest jumpscare ever. Like, what the fuck were they even doing with this shit? I swear that kiss happened in the last episode, but you know, I don’t really fucking know. I don’t know what is happening between either of our couples right now, but we are running in circles with these four. I was losing my mind in this dumbass show, bro. Oh, my god. i take that back This show is amazing
Finally, our main couple is together. I love them. They have such good chemistry. Their sex scene was surprising but a fucking banger. Thats not ai di that edison, bro. I couldn't stop laughing; that scene had no reason to be that funny. Ai di in the wig just had me laughing so much I can't stop right now. I needed this lighthearted humor. I have been watching too many sad, depressing shows. This show made me really happy when the characters were happy because the acting was really good.
No one can catch a break in this show. I don't even know what is going to happen next, nor do I know what to say. I was surprised he made the decision to save his dad and his boyfriends. But at the cost of his freedom. I don't know why he fell at the end, but damn. I just really don't know. A lot is going on, and there were a lot of big decisions made in such a short amount of time. I don't know. Its crazy. The acting is getting really good, and I am happy about that. I was trying to put myself in Bai Zhongyi's shoes, but it was hard. I don't know if he made the right decisions or not.
The fight ruined both of our main couples. Oh my god, two birds with one stone-type beat. Thats actually really sad, holy sh*t. Brain damage stinks. I have nothing to say besides wanting to finish the whole show right now, but I can't. It got me hooked. I hate the memory loss drop because I think it is lousy and usually poorly made because they don't have anything else to do, but let's see how this turns out. I think that they did the memory stuff poorly; it wasn't that good, because those are never done well.
These climbers are getting to me. I can't believe they ruined both couples in one night and one episode, bro. I am so angry. I love Bai Zho Yi and Ai Di's friendship; it is so fucking cute, and I love them together as like venting besties. Ai Di, he likes you, bro. You made a villain out of him, and he's been training for four years. He's been coming to terms with this for four years; expect it. i am glad bleach blonde is back I don't know what I would have done without bleach blonde. I cannot believe this show. They should not have both of our couples fall apart at the same time.
Its been a few hours since I wrote this. I was very confused, and I did not even know what was happening with the show. I was really thinking that this was some wasted potential because they were finally getting everything together, but at the same time, many random, inconsistent things were happening, and it was getting on my nerves.
This show can do no wrong. They have to bring all our couples home. Ai Di and Homeboy are so fucking cute and our main couple. I lowkey take all the negative things I said about this show back. Because I love it. I love it so much.
It would have been a ten if we got more closure with our other couple. I love Ai Di; he is my favorite fucking character with his goofy ass personality. This show was a banger, and all the negative things I was about to write are lies because this show is amazing and I loved it. They could have wrapped up the show better for both of the couples, but it was still a good ending, and I liked it. A banger show with some bad episodes tows the end, but the last two wrap up the show really well. I will definitely rewatch some of these because I am obsessed. I would recommend this. Okay bye!

I really enjoyed the story. Ai Di and Chen Yi really held down the show for me. The 2 things I hated was that fact that this man who is late 20s-mid 30s is fucking with a 17 yr old. What blows me is that everyone seems ok with it. Every time it was mentioned that Zhongyi was a minor I got uncomfortable. The second thing was Ai Di sleeping with Chen Yi when he was drunk off his ass, which if any of y'all didn’t know, is rape and just plane immoral. Age gap romance
When I started watching this I didn't realize that initially this kid is 17 (obviously the actor is probably in his 20s) but I found it super strange that the older of the pair actively kisses (and gropes?) this kid and then all of the sudden he has a problem with their age gap (writers trying to make it seem like they're paying attention to the potential criticism they might receive because of said age gap?). The kisses are fine, I guess, but I don't really feel much of the tension because the actor who plays the younger of the pair just doesn't have a whole lot of range when it comes to expressions. He looks like he's acting while he's half asleep. I think that they're in a rush to get through so much plot that the initial build up of the romance goes by very fast, and it just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I don't mind age-gap romance, but I do mind it when one of the people in the relationship isn't even 18 yet. And this guy knows that he's about to get this kid into trouble. The second couple is a little more interesting, but not by much. I think a lot of the problem with this drama is framing, is it a rom-com, or is it a gritty gangster story? Who knows.I'll probably finish it out of boredom, but it isn't for me.

un amore indiscrevibilmente forte
Stavo pensando di guardare questa serie sin da quando è uscita ma appena letta la trama non ero convinta di quello che sarebbe successo quindi ci è voluto un pò di tempo per decidermi ma alla fine ho deciso di dare a questa serie una possibilità.La storia di base mi è piaciuta un botto, il modo in cui si sono incontrati, il loro essersi abituati alla presenza dell’altro e conosciuti meglio, tutto è stato fantastico. Peccato per una cosa, ossia la differenza di età. Bai aveva 17 anni e Fan non si sa di preciso ma sicuramente fra i due c’è una differenza di età superiore ai 10 anni. Ciò lo si vede proprio da tutto, lui 17 e l’altro poteva essere un suo insegnante...questa cosa mi ha un pò scioccata perchè per me già immaginare 10 anni di differenza mi sciocca ma loro proprio sono a un altro livello, sicuramente saranno 15, per non esagerare. Sta cosa non l’ho vista bene sin dall’inizio e anche se Bai non sembri essere un 17enne, loro continuavano a ricordarcelo quindi è stato un pò così. In ogni caso mi sono piaciuti così tanto che non ho dato tanta importanza a questa cosa, di base sì è disturbante ma cazzo quanto è potente il loro amore.
L’unica cosa che non ho capito è il salto temporale prima dell’incidente e quindi della prigione, questo perché non ho capito da quanto si frequentassero. Nel senso, già la cosa che appena fidanzati subito fanno piani per andare a vivere insieme mi pare esagerato perchè capisco il forte sentimento e tutto ma sono dell’opinione che quel sentimento è meglio tenerlo nei limiti perchè è l’inizio della relazione, in quel periodo iniziale si sa solo essere felici, il vero sentimento e accettazione nei confronti dell’altro lo vedi chiaramente dopo aver conosciuto l’altra persona meglio. Quindi in generale mi pareva esagerato.
La cosa che non ho capito è da quanto stessero assieme prima di quella rissa.
La cosa che più non mi è piaciuta è stato Bai che si è dovuto prendere la colpa, ho capito che non era solo per Fan ma soprattutto perchè hanno offerto protezione assoluta al padre che stava per morire e alla sorella, ma il problema sta proprio in questa cosa perchè come ti puoi permettere di chiedere a un 17enne innocente, la cui colpa è solo quella di amare Fan, di prendersi un peso enorme sulla schiena, come puoi! Per me è stato assurdo perchè non solo gli ha fatto perdere 4 anni della sua vita ma non l’ha manco tutelato, ci è stato quell’incidente e adesso soffre di perdite di memoria a breve termine. L’unica possibilità di rimettersi più o meno in sesto per lui era quella di studiare medicina dopo essere uscito dal carcere ma neanche quello ha potuto fare. Per non parlare che anche se suo padre, sua sorella e Fan sappiano della verità, agli occhi degli altri che vengono a scoprire che è stato in prigione sarà solo e soltanto un assassino, è come strappargli la dignità.
Lui si è costretto ad accettare la cosa solo per salvare chi ama, solo perchè è molto altruista e non incolpo lui e le sue scelte perchè voleva solo il meglio per chi ama e ricordiamoci che era solo un ragazzino, anche se dopo non si è mai pentito. La colpa vera va a quei vecchi della misericordia, Bai alla fine non c’entrava nulla, era solo legato a Fan in quanto suo fidanzato. Tutto ciò è assurdo.
Alla fine si sono riconciliati e tutto, è stato emozionante e il loro amore è fottutamente forte e profondo. La cosa che ho amato più di tutto è stata la determinazione di Bai: tipo quando il fratello di Fan gli ha detto “Meriti di meglio” e lui hai risposto “Fan è il migliore per me”, oppure quando ha detto al nonno di Fan che voleva solo che Fan fosse felice, è un ragazzo troppo caro vi giuro. Il loro amore così indescrivibile mi ha immensamente colpita.
Per quanto riguarda Chen Yi e Ai Di, la situazione è un pò complicata.
Sin dall’inizio non avevo nessuna opinione su di loro, l’unica cosa che mi dispiaceva era la sofferenza di Ai Di perchè si vedeva ci tenesse a Chen Yi e che lo amava, invece quest’ultimo mi sembrava cadere dalle nuvole perchè si vedeva da lontano amasse Ai Di ma non se ne rendeva conto perchè accecato dalla sua ammirazione per il suo patrigno, che poi dico io hai affianco quel bono di Ai Di e te continui a pensiero fisso con quel vecchio…ma fammi il piacere dai.
La cosa che mi dispiaceva di più era che Ai Di fosse stato lasciato solo al suo compleanno per tre anni di seguito, si vede che ci stava male eppure Chen Yi non se ne fregava, Ai Di ogni santo anno gli ha preparato non solo la torta ma pure il regalo e Chen Yi non ha mai aperto occhio.
La situazione ovviamente è cambiata dopo che Ai Di ha deciso si proteggere il suo amato ancora una volta prendendosi la colpa e andando in prigione, solo in quel momento pare che Chen Yi si sia svegliato ma quando è tardi è difficile riprendere il passo.
Ma inutile fare, i loro sentimenti sono decisamente forti e alla fine li ho amati con tutta me stessa, sono particolari ma si amano molto.
In generale non sto a dire molto perché la storia merita di essere guardata, dentro ho trovato due coppie di altri due bl taiwanesi e sono morta vedendoli, chi se l’aspettava.
In ogni caso la storia mi era sembrata molto più complicata leggendo la trama ma non è assolutamente male, è bella e merita una possibilità.

JUST AMAZING…
I really enjoyed this Taiwanese BL since it was very engaging plus it had so many plot twist that made me craving the next episode. It’s was cute but always heartfelt. It’s a drama that will have you attached to the characters and feel so many emotions as you watch it. I was really excited to see Nat in this drama and I loved his character. It’s a very different concept but I feel like they did it justice. Some things at the end was not to my liking but everything else was just perfect.Can definitely say that this has become one of my fav Taiwanese BLs. Hopefully we can see these ships in more dramas in the future.

Such a wonderful show
Everything was great! The actors were very comfertable and were also very good at their jobs, The story was pulling me in deeper, I really wanted to know more.To tell the truth, I've seen better things but that doesn't mean this title Is not good because believe me, it's REALLY good.
I really liked Chen Yi and Ai Di. They both cared for each other very deeply even if they didn't show it well.
Bai Zongyi and Fan Jheruei were cute, nothing else to add.
If you haven't seen it yet, I'd reccomend you to. Had such a great time watching this.

I love badboy bls without giggly annoying females.Loved how the story panned out.I had no hang ups about the age difference at the start as that's life.Nothing surprises me in this day and age.The emotions and hurt that Bai Zonggi and jheruei
went through was painful to watch especially when they were both beaten by zhang Teng .Can't praise the 4 main actors enough..Hsu Kai..Taro Lin..Nat Chen..Louis Chiang not forgetting all of the other cast members...Directors..scripwriters..production

I LOVED this showIt deserves to be even more famous
I literally watched it all in one day because the episodes are only 25 minutes long and if you just sit for some hours you’ll be done (in my case I sat 6 hours straight and watched it oh lord I was obsessed)
THE SECOND COUPLE WAS LITERALLY MY EVERYTHING. I WAS WATCHING IT FOR THEM AND I WILL WATCH IT AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR THEM
GOD THE KISSING SCENES AND THE MAKEUP SESSIONS MADE LOOSE MY MIIIIIIND
Both couples had an A+++++ chemistry but the second couples’s storyline and every single detail about them stole my heart
The only thing from keeping me to give this a 10000/10 and made me give it a 9,5 was because I’m always annoyed with tv shows that has a relationship with a minor and an adult. He was almost an adult okay but I was eh about that fact. That’s also one of the reasons why I loved the second couple even more, they had a 2 years only age gap and they were also both adults.
In overall PLEASE watch it, you won’t regret it at all

WHEN SOMEONE ASKED ME WHAT IS BL? MY ANSWER; KISEKI DEAR TO ME !
I want to begin with the story, I don't know if this was the first gangsters themed BL I ever watched but this is literally has an amazing story, not too bloody, everything is exciting. I Like the progression, most BL stories have different ways of lead first meeting but here, it was exciting, like a gangster man lived in the house of a student, it was really catchy, and for an unknown reason I had a teary eyes many times watching this, this is not too dramatic but I felt it ! specially when Bai Zong Yi for many times pardoned Fan Jhe Ruei becuase he loved him 😭 I felt his love. The couples beginning has so many funny things and as they develop feelings for each other it was so nice, like the couple led the story well althrough the way. I cried When Bai Zong Yi"s family still accepted Jhen Ruei even he was improsoned because of him, I so love how the story ended. When Jhen Ruei pretended to have an amnesia, and Bai Zong Yi opened a bakery of strawberry for Jhen Ruei I was so emotional like I felt those part so much ❣️ this couple's story is just so lovely that I can't get over it. This is phenomenal, I was never wrong watching it right away. Chen Yi and Ai Di was so great also here, like they should have their own drama focusing on their story, Ai Di waiting for Chen Yi a long time, I was so emotional, I cried when Ai Di was celebrating his birthday alone when he had promised with Chen Yi to celebrate together but inspite of it, I liked how strong he is, even when Chen Yi is coming back to him finally, there was so many funny moments of them I love them here. I also like the part when Bai Zong Yi back hugged Jhen Ruei !! my fave part so so much ! 🩷🩷. When this drama included a cameo of some amazing BL Actors from the past was really great, the one from beloved In House I do, from history S4 and the Plus Minus which is my favorite also ! this made even more catchy! I so love the story, not too heavy, not too light not too dramatic , just a right portion of everything needed !The actors are amazing Kai Hsu ! so so manly so chinese dark handsome look, and Taro Lin so so cute, he resembles Park Bo Gum for me ! their acting is so amazing, when they cry, I cry also ! they are just so so real , like all of them is so so like real ! Let me just say that I was surprised that Kai Hsu was the submissive here .. but it was cute it was different it was new .. they just fit each other , well nowadays being a top or a bottom or dominant or submissive on same sex relationship does not matter anyways, and that is what they have represented here ! being of those does not depend on the looks right? so anyways I just love it, it was refreshing .The songs are great ! made me feel even more the depths of each characters and what the story is implying. Let me just also say that Taiwan BL's hit different for me because when they kiss , it just like, they're just doing it as if it was just like hugging or like handshakes, coz too natural, zero % awkward thing on kisses, as if they have been doing it for a long time ! like they are so comfortable to the one they are kissing ! and the good thing is it is not too steamy, it was just right ! 🩷 it just feels so real ! this is what I notice on taiwanese BL , from the We best love: no. 1 for you, damn ! they are like hussler ! 🤣 and It is amazing for me, that is what I love on Taiwanesw BL , like they know from heart what we like BL fans ! and here at Kiseki , legendary kissing scene I should say ! Korean BL sometimes has that awkward factor which is okay it is normal anyways but Taiwanese, you will never end a BL series unsatisfied ! 😂🩷 not to mention their videos of fan services , that they even do kisses !! Going Back, Rewatch Value ? I would definitely rewatch this one over and over again in my life ! there is no reason not to ! Too bad that it was obly 13 episodes, I just hoped it was longer like 16, but even so it was complete, the story is well progressed and elaborated, some actors here have not too perfect acting but it was enough it was okay , not to perfect for everyone but perfect for me, the story focused on the love story which is what I've always liked in drama specially BL'S , they really got me here, And ! BoBo Lu ?! he is so cute by the way .. please let him be a lead on a BL also 🙏 I love this drama really ! I hope to see the leads here on another drama 🙏🩷 wanna see more of them please .. looking forward. this is definitely one of my top recommendations. when someone asked me what is BL ? I will answer, It is Kiseki Dear to me !
