In HSL the ML manages his first pro baseball team. In OR the ML is a pro football player who is forced to retire. He then joins the management side as a Rookie sports agent. Both are based on sports.
The comradery between the colleagues at the office is quite similar.
Both ML have very supportive families.
Differences:
HSL is based on baseball, OR explores multiple sports.
HSL focuses on the business side. OR is a lighter drama and shows the lives of the athletes.
