let me get one thing straight about all of your concerns
i saw some one comment and was impressed as they said it correctly bcoz so many out there having concerns with sehun agethere's some actors out there portrayed as highschoolers.
Lee Minho (26) in "The Heirs"
Kim Tae Ri (31) in "Twenty-Five, Twenty-One
Hwang In Youp (30) in "True Beauty
Choi Woo Shik (31) in "Our Beloved
Summer"
Oh Sehun in Dokgo Rewind which was also a teen series
I bet, you've watched some of these written above.
okay so i know the people commenting here doesn’t want us to know that they don’t like a certain actor so pointing out a silly thing as age factor was so useless
he is already way mire famous in the outside media and the director knew this too
nope the director didn’t think oh he was almost 30 no he didn’t bcoz it doesn’t matter

All of me loves Oh Sehun… can’t say the same for the girl these two leads pine for
I came into this show expecting a light-hearted romantic comedy. A love triangle that I honestly would have a hard time watching if it weren't for Oh Sehun. Instead this drama offers much more than the above, in fact it deviates from the typical love-triangle formula to share a story more about youth and the love the young characters have to give towards each other as a whole. So I'm not going to lie. Oh Sehun is the reason I was interested in this drama in the first place, and outside of that I wasn't planning on watching. To my surprise, right away this drama proved to be interesting- and honestly a whole lot more than I expected in general. Sehun's character Go Yoo fits him so well. The smiles and fun easygoing energy that he has is just perfect. After watching him in that one pirate movie I had no idea what to expect from his acting, but with this role he really fits it so well that I'm impressed and excited to see where his character goes. I think Sehun will do well with the mellow scenes, as this drama will definitely be having more of those. Sehun's scenes with basketball are point blank amazing, peak cinematography. They straight up did a Matrix style scene like where Neo dodges the bullets. Some could say outdated, but honestly genius. Like it is set in 2006, they did the Matrix, its part of the time.
It can be argued that Sehun doesn't look like a high schooler, but come on now. Something about his confidence on the basketball court, he fits being a high school basketball player too well honestly. The guy is all in other players faces like it is the only thing he's good for. So I can see his conflicts of his identity coming to light as he mellows himself to worry about other people. Which can very much so happen considering he ends up giving a kidney to his best friend. (which I also love) Watch the scene where Go Yoo makes the game winning shot and taunts the other players and tell me that isn't a spitting image of a guy in your high school that played basketball and peaked then. (not saying he is going to peak, just getting my point across).
Seeing bullying frustrates me. That is a good thing, why would I feel good watching bullying? Joon He gets bullied and has some issue with his health right away. I can see the whole story happening infant of my eyes and pray and hope that it does it correctly. This drama has a lot of open areas to fail, so that scares me the most. Jo Joon Young plays Joon He, and he plays off of Sehun so well. Their chemistry is so fun, and I love it so much. Watching two people enjoy eachtother that much, it makes me think about them growing old and still ending up as the same stupid teens they once were.. unfortunately I have no idea at this point if that will get to happen at all. I hope this drama focuses on the two of them rather than girl tearing them apart. So far it isn't what I thought it would be, so I hope it continues that path and cuts away romance that doesn't need to happen. The focus should stay on the two best friends, and be about their hardships with realizations about Joon He's health, him opening up, confections with a girl being added to the mix, but he always ends up back to Go Yoo. There is something about the two of them that is so beautiful... as dumb as that sounds. If Joo He is in trouble, Go Yoo will have his back. I love people genuinely enjoying each other without romance being shoved in my face. It is much harder to show a friendship than a romance. Romance can't really be described as to how people fall in love, so in dramas they take advantage of that and it can end up being dumb and heartless. Friendships are earned, they give reasons to why they depend on each other, and that they chose each other to be friends.
What I am saying, is that what is set up is interesting enough that it leaves me impressed. That is because it is executed well, acted well, written well. This drama is just a job well done.
The setup of the story is really good. The cinematography feels outside of the genre I was expecting. I love getting into dramas without knowing much, but its a mixed bag. Either I could love it, or really hate it. Right now I love this drama. What I am worried about is the love triangle, but in the end I think that it will be used to develop the characters rather than make them into a shell of themselves (at least I hope for that to be the case)
Go Yoo and Joon He by far have the best chemistry. Which is so insane to me with the age gaps. Honestly I am just getting so much from this drama that it really didn't have to do. It would have been successful without it being taken in the direction it is because if I watched for Sehun, I bet you many other people have.
Instead this drama serves to lead itself into a bittersweet story. Which it could've gone straight towards the love triangle, it may do that- but it also has a lot of depth beneath that with the first scene coming into play. I am so happy to see another drama that shifts its timeframe away from the present day. A lot can happen with it being set in 2006 compared to 2023. I would say more but I don't want to spoil. What they are doing with the time difference is underdeveloped. The girl character just comes over to drink several times and she’s the same character but not to me.. maybe because there was no defining traits about her to begin with. I don’t get why she comes out of the blue and what they are doing with the whole 2023 story other than to take it to the last episode to show whether Go Yoo is alive or not.
Watch this drama for Sehun, and watch it to get out of the typical love high school plot. I really want this to be great, and hope it stays to focus on the friendships. Then it will get a higher score. For what occurs over the small amount of episodes is a bit confusing. I think they are trying to do a whole jealousy thing with the girl but I can’t buy into it. The girl character isn’t really a character, I can’t find anything interesting about her other than that she is pretty.
Why do they both like her ? Especially Go Yoo? He’s so interesting .. why does he like this boring girl. It’s just oh it’s a new girl so they like her. They look good together… stupid stuff is said to make me buy into it. But I do not at all. Both the male leads like her and there is no depth outside of that, so to have Go Yoo get so jealous because of her makes no sense. It makes sense if he’s jealous she is with his best friend, but as for the latter it straight up does not. He does not know this girl, she is literally just preset and serves no other person. I swear this girl had not thoughts for and is a plot device to have this show be longer. Also she is so laughably bad at basketball .. If they both are mad at eachother for the girl and stop being friends because of it that is straight up criminal. Instead it should be that she is a gap between them and they are upset because of the rift they don’t understand them between them as friends. It does not need the romance but unfortunately that is what this drama is… so I have to live with it
I’m only so picky because they have these things to do and they are ignoring it for the girl. She takes time away but in the end serves no purpose. There is no way I feel bad for her, I don’t know her. She is just new pretty girl and is so annoying to me because I don’t understand why everyone likes her and wants to be her. God it is the worst. Her character is so so so bland… I can’t pick out any trait about her, she just stares and looks and barely talks. Female characters can be good and I don’t hate them by any means, a lot of dramas I love the gamble lead. Here though they really did my girl so bad. She just exists in this school, she’s new, pretty, but she has a secret…. But why- why do they find her interesting? Why is she supposed to be important. She is literally just a thief but why- why is that the thing that makes her not like other girls. Why is it the emotional climax for her- is her family poor? I don’t know they don’t give you that. They give you her crying and suck away anything I love about this show with her just being there. She takes away so many points for me here.
This story should have been done without her entirely.
100% just the two friends and maybe Go Yoo actually being upset he can’t play basketball and starting to blame his friend for that because of the kidney issue. They could have Go Yoo struggle with his identity and friendship and how he feels bad about what was taken away from him but he ultimately gave it away. Give the emotional climax to the friendship that was set up so well. Have it be between the leads and them reconciling and talking about their health issues- lives outside of high school- literally anything but the girl and her being a theif.
This show isn’t going beyond that in a way other than adding a girl to have tension and conflictions. I kid you not she does nothing. I don’t know why suddenly she is some main friend with them? I don’t get it.
Not bad as by any means, just not anything new. Now it’s still good though because of the main friendship, but the girl in the mix is pretty lame to me personally. .. if not aggravating.
It’s a shame. They had this story and a great setup. In the end they dragged out what didn’t need to be a part of it and lost touch of what they wanted to do in the first place. The cellular memory plot is so convoluted and only in the last two episodes.. but barely? So I’m disappointed but not surprised with this one.

Just a bunch of nonsense
The story takes place around two highschool boys who are best friends since they are children. It starts with one of them ill and other donating his organ to his friend which succeeds in saving him. This organ now creates a cellular memory in the ill friend making him behave and get physical tendencies as well as behavioral tendencies of his best friend. This was the fantasy concept in nutshell. But the thing is did this drama affectively made series on it, a big fat NOOO!!!. The cellular memory concept lasted maybe few minutes last few episodes. It was made a concept just to fill few minutes in each episodes and nothing really contributing to the story.Next, we have the typical love triangle. In most kdramas when it comes to love triangle at least in mid way you can see FL is leaning towards which ML and you can see why she is going to choose that ML. But in this series the FL is merely like a beautiful porcelain doll and both our ML always get wooed when they see her. But anything happens between them that actually feels like yeah a love story is happening. A big fat No again. No love story development. Just bunch of chit chats, gazing at each other scenes, nothing significant and at end FL chooses one even though there is actual no love story happened with either of ML.
I don't expect much from a web series, the quality if writing won't be as good as a Kdrama. But common, at least stick to a concept properly. 8 episodes of nothingness is this drama.

A Web drama that gives you all the feels. A story about friendship and first love.
A story that smoothly transitions between past and present as it retells the story of three characters and their encounter one semester in 2006 that changed their lives. The story is sweet, it is interesting enough to keep you guessing, yet simple enough to fit the web drama's time frame
It makes u feel the youthful emotions of the characters, and sympathize with their older version.
If you need something light, but with a good plot to keep to clicking on "Next episode", thats the drama for you.
It also has a feel of older kdramas, so if u r nostalgic about those, thats the drama for you as welll.

This drama started strong for me, but ended in such a unnecessary place. I'm not sure I understand what the show was trying to say or accomplish. Personally, I think they should've cut the whole 2023 storyline and kept the focus on the kids. I didn't hate the 2023 storyline, but it was distracting. Also I strongly feel that they ruined Go Yoo's character in the future because they wanted to keep the audience guessing on which boy it was.
I also think they should've cut Han So Yeon's character. She only added conflict to the story, which is usually a good thing, but in this case it was more frustrating than anything else because I loved the relationship between Go Yoo and Joon Hee and she was only getting in the way of them. In fact, their friendship and brotherhood was the best thing about this drama and truly the driving force of the whole thing. Which is why in the end, when Joon Hee leaves (after experiencing more headaches that are never explained) it makes no sense! Why would he stay gone for years and years? He wouldn't.
Lastly, since everyone is talking about Sehun, I want to throw in my two cents: I think he did a really good job. I went into this having seen a few of his older dramas and not being very impressed, so I was pleasantly surprised. This was a great role for him. He had great chemistry with all of his co-stars and was, in my opinion, the heart of the drama. I would love to see him take on more roles like this one in the future.
In the end, I'm disappointed with this drama, but it was short and had enough heart to keep me watching until the end.

Sehun and joon young's chemistry carries the entire show.
I mean Sehun and joon young's back must hurt. But on a more serious note, jun hee and You's relationship was... another level. I found myself imagining them growing old together, in nursing homes together and still having the same energy they did back in high school. Dare I say they are competing with Gong Yoo and Lee Dong Wook for the best bromance imo?
Then f-ing Han So Yeon. She was as important as the classroom furniture imo and what they had was too precious for her to break. This show could have been perfect without her I could not empathise with her at all. I mean PMS theft? Stealing is just stealing and I could not understand or empathise with it at all, I'm sorry if that makes me a bad person but that's just me.
All in all this show made me think about what it would be like to have that one friend who is your soulmate and I think they should remove the romance tag because honestly, we would be fine without it.
Rewatch for Sehun and joon young's chemistry and nothing else.

Not Good Enough
Korean Drama " All That We Loved " is a mini series about school, friendship, and first love. The drama uses the trick of what happened in the past to present the story of two boys who grew up as siblings, but, apparently, something happened between them, for now they have gone their separate ways. And true, the friendship aspect of the drama was enjoyable to watch, as their sweet relationship was indeed more than friendship.
However, things got predictable and boring after the first half, when the drama focused more on them loving the same girl and fighting over her. It would have also been nice if they had explored the cellular memory syndrome more rather than only offering some hints here and there.
As for the performances, everyone in the cast did a nice job with their characters.
So, overall, three out of ten.

despite the story line not perfect, I'm glad Sehun delivered a great performance in this dramaI know he always been good in comedic timing (such in next door and now we are breaking up) but his mellow acting was as also great if not better than his comedic timing, still crying over eps 8 Go Yoo, he's soooo good
and kudos to him with that "사랑하세요" that's the most heart fluttering scene in this drama
before this I want him in another romcom but now I want him in melodrama
Junyoung was also good, it's just his range wasn't explored as much, I wish there's more of this cellular memory screentime because he was cool as Junhee but when the cellular memory hits he was also cute
Yeobin was, well i think it's because of So Yeon not getting more screen time, so her presence wasn't left that much impact
Jeon Yeong In was good as Sun Tak the third wheeler I want more of him
Go Yoo's parents were so ??? I love how they made their screentimes together to lowering the tension, well Go Yoo's father's screentime were all comedy but his mother had more serious role
and I know they need to do things they did in eps 8 to Mrs. Mo but it was too painful I ? I *love* Mrs. Mo so much
honestly this drama should have more episodes, maybe 10 or 12 episodes because the "rivalry" between Go Yoo and Junhee after their surgery wasn't shown as much, I thought it would be more intense
and there are things left unanswered, mostly about Han So Yeon, idk I just can't empathize with her after all of this
the last scene was ? if only dr. Go and the grown up Junhee has more chemistry because young Go Yoo and Junhee bromance was on another level
but Song Jaerim as dr. Go was good, I love how awkward yet cute he is
and how much dr. Go changed from young Go Yoo to old Go Yoo, I wish they explored it more

Look carefully
First annotation. I congratulate Sehun. At 29, he looks better as an 18-year-old boy than as a 32-year-old psychiatrist. The age difference with the other two protagonists at the 20-year-old registry office is not noticed in the slightest. The story tells of the brotherly friendship between Go Yoo and Go Joon Hee. Different characters, different lifestyles but inextricably linked to each other. Until Han So Yeon and his secret come into their lives. This strong bond will be questioned more than by love by the reaction that the two will have towards her. The story unfolds between the past and present and is told from Go Yoo's point of view. The theme of cellular memory is also interesting, even if it is extreme. I really liked it, there is so much friendship, feeling, introspection, personal growth. And how some choices change your life. The theme of bullying crops up as it does in many dramas set in school time. I was puzzled by the finished story after 16 years. 10 years would have been too many! In the last episode Go Joon Heen goes on a journey. He didn't show up with his best friend for 16 years. Though he's probably the one who sends Han So Yeon to Go Yoo. He returns big, muscular, the opposite of what Go Yoo has become, who from a boy passionate about sports and little study has become a luminary of psychiatry. But while for Go Joon Heen there is the theme of post-transplant cellular memory, which is present throughout the drama, for Go Yoo what is it? Having lost your friend for so many years? Certainly the change helped him conquer Han so Yeon.

Be Kind
The story is about two boys who fall in love with one girl in high school. They have already been together since child and become closer like a family. But in the middle of the story, one of them gets into a serious injury and has to have surgery. That's where everything becomes strange and later on the girl has a mental health problem too...Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Great story!
This is a short drama, but it somehow relayed more story than the 35min x 8eps allowed, with still enough time for flashbacks and bloopers at the end of the last episode. I enjoyed it thoroughly, with my only complaints being that 1) the school bully is 38yrs old irl, and looks it, 2) the adult versions of the ML's look too dissimilar to their high school selves, and 3) the psychiatrist should have had a brighter personality. I had to suspend belief on those matters. Other than that, everything was "gucci" in my opinion. Even the pseudo-supernatural parts have a basis in reality, whether it be actual physical reactions that science has yet to explain, or simply psychological results from changes in the body. (Here I refer to menstrual theft as well as cellular memory. Because hormones make us do crazy things, and genetic/ancestral memory is a thing, so why not cellular memory?)Despite these things, the drama itself was an immersive, emotional, and overall feel-good story. I didn't even hate the bully as much as I should have, as it seemed to me that he had a depth that was left unexplored. But nothing is perfect, in dramas or in real life, and things aren't always what they seem or what we think they should be. I think that the actors played their characters well, and I liked that the drama didn't have abusive parents or teachers, and the friendships/relationships between the characters were real. Especially the grandma. They boys' love for her made me smile.
I loved this drama and I highly recommend it!
