Realizing she needs to make a customary visit to her family’s house after the marriage, Yu Ru concedes some of her rules for Jiu Si, so he agrees to make the visit with her. Due to the rumors, Yu Ru’s mother is punished, causing her some injuries, which she tries to hide in fear of humiliating the family if found out.
