a cute romance, but nothing reaally different from the others
what can I say? it was a cute and simple romance to watch, but there's nothing too elaborate about it. nothing unforgettable or anything like that.Despite the good chemistry and the interesting script - with great phrases and good narrations from ML -, I think it's a forgettable series. I don't want to sound rude, but I think it should be the kind of drama that you watch without any kind of pretensions. just watch to relax on the weekend.
The actors performances were ok, I liked it.
the story is cute, etc., but I really didn't like - and still don't like - the way the cdrama deals with the subject of "harassment". I don't like how, most cdramas, use harassment as a recurse to make a male character seen as a "hero", or, worse: bringing the topic of harassment into the series but not discussing it, leaving those who practice it without any resolution or punishment. This keeps happening in the cdramas I watch, again and again. it really bothers me.
just to add that I liked the way they worked on anxiety and panic attacks, and I identified with ML, I can't stand fights, I normally prefer to stay out. I found this part very sensitive and delicate.
but, well; in general, it's fluffly, clingy and a cute series.

Heartwarming, age gap, good quotes, cute male lead and annoying romcom cliches
This drama would've been so much better if they didn't push the office part so badly, A lot of people started this drama because of cute and heartwarming scenes between leads but the hack issue and office thing put me so off, The Female lead annoys me for the way she treats male lead, Maybe it reminds me my old relationship but I hate when one side sacrificed the most this is not my "that's my boy" moment I find these tropes annoying. But since it is a low-budget drama I'm gonna be optimistic because the male lead was good, the set designs were on point, the osts were good and Winwin was so good I can't believe it's my first time seeing him when he is under the same label with rene. Anyway, if you looking for a drama that does not promise too much but has soft cliche romance scenes, it's for you. Would've been the best modern drama of the year but chose to be an average romcom
STORY: The story felt rushed and tried to cover too many issues. One problem would have been enough, either Heisha or Anran's issue, but both of them together gave me a headache. Despite the cute vibes and Heisha's speeches, the second leads to even lack of screen time. Anran's story was good but boring, and she had all the screen time, even more than the male lead. I would have preferred longer speeches from a voice actor, as it would have fit the plot of the drama better. The main couple's scenes were good, winwin is such a good kisser episode 12 gives me butterflies I wish she would move her lips too haha.ACTING: You can see how Winwin improved his acting in every episode his acting get better in every episode, aged like fine wine, I call this hard work because many of the senior c-actors have acted with exact same face for years and received awards, he was good and I believe if he sticks acting more he will be a big actor. I know Hehongshan from her one drama and she was the villain this character is the opposite and tbh she nailed it, she deserves more lead roles! The second couple was good their acting was on point and I need Andrew Leng in a comedy-drama as lead, he is effortlessly funny.
MUSIC: The opening song is so memorable, The only ost I remember about drama, the rest of them were average.
The writer could benefit from being bolder in their decisions, as some aspects of the drama could have been improved to make it better than just average.

Amazing
I love this drama so so so much. I found out about this drama through youtube and the fact that it stars a kpop idol, I just knew I had to watch. I do not stan WayV or any of the NCT units but I might start now because oh my god I loved Yan Yue so much. He is responsible, respectful, he cooks for her, he has good communication skills (for the most part), he's kind, he protects her from her sh*tty ex, and he is utterly gorgeous. What more can I wish for in a male lead? I also really loved An Ran. I don't mind the older/younger trope, as long as it's a reasonable gap, and I really like the way they set her up as slightly immature for her age so they balanced each other well. I also love love love that she protects him just as much as he protects her. They didn't set them up to be unequal, they both give an equal amount to the relationship. I just adore them so much, I don't know else how to express that anymore though without spoiling a lot. So onto my babies, Ying Jun and Meng Yao. I am a big sucker for the enemies to lovers trope, it never gets old for me. I really enjoyed that it didn't jump immediately from enemies to lovers though, that they actually set up a friendship first. Then we had the trouble period or as I like to call it, the Ying Jun not recognising his own feelings nor Yao Yaos. It's ok though, he figured it out eventually and they were so precious together.Speaking of Ying Jun, can I just applaud the writers for giving us a completely platonic male/female friendship between Ying Jun and An Ran? No one sided feelings, he didn't like her in the past, they are just purely platonic besties and I love it!! Their friendship is so cute and wholesome. Speaking of cute and wholesome friendships, An Ran and Yao Yao were so lovely. I won't lie, when Yao Yao was introduced I was expecting her to be the second fl and for their friendship to be kind of surface level but no. They are supportive and loving and it's amazing. Also get you a friend who you can call on the phone while you're literally in the bathroom, I love it. The other employees were also lovely, I loved them all so much. They cared for and supported each other through everything, it was beautiful.
All that being said, I really think you should watch this. It's honestly my new favourite contemporary drama and I hope it will be yours too. The sound track is also really good, I'll be adding a few to my playlist. 11/10 stars<3

the story is so good and enjoy while watching
as far as i watched on ep 10 both anran and yanyue teach life, if you break up don't drag on and live life further. Yanyue has a soft and kind heart, so far the story is very exciting. can be found in real life, very relatable. their acting is very good, not even just the main lead, the co main is also good. when they are angry happy conveyed to the audience. i watched them, it didn't feel like they were all over, i really looked forward to the continuation of the episode. i watched this by chance because I like dramas where girls are cool and independent women. very motivating.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Sweet games more like bitter taste
First off I’m a big fan of the FL. I’ve put this drama on hold several times due to the age differences with the lead actors. However, I got over it once I managed to make it too episode 3. Storyline was progressing pretty well in the first half but then you had to add in the cliche usual misunderstandings. The ex and potential love rival all of the usual crap. Even though the other girl never got the chance to be a love rival. Her being in the story just to give the ML a wake up call is pretty pointless. Same with the cheating ex of the FL. The only good thing about this drama was the cast did their best. The business of them pushing for their goals was the highlight for me. Will I watch this again? No, not even for the FL as I said in the title this left a bitter taste. Not much was desired or achievable in this drama. Still decent though.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Great story of finding ones way in life and love. : )
Overall good story line and character arcs.Really great growth in the charaters and story line. Not overwelming with the common romance tropes. WinWin as YanYue (ML) and He HongShan as An Ran (FL) really do match well for charisma and strengths. WinWin really masters expressive thoughtful gestures and quiet love while He HongShan is succesful in portraying a young woman who is just trying to push through and build a place for herself & team in the business world.
And I really have to say that they manged to build the suspense of who and why the anatgonist is for challenging our leads. I like that everything is resolved in the end in a credible and pleasant means.

Sweet modern love story that are refreshingly non-solemn
I would say this grew on me as the story developed.I enjoyed the last episodes the most, when things were falling into place, and the script included some refreshing scenes like the diarreah-scene (!).
The main cast was ok. He was a bit too “flat” sometimes, but I guess it was really challenging to not be, due to his character.
She had some scenes were she was very convincing, and mostly her scenes were ok.
Second male lead I found to be a bit over-the-top childish sometimes.
Music I did actually notice for once; well suited.

Classico dramma cinese carino dolce e piacevole.
Dramma carino dolce e romantico al punto giusto. Niente che non si sia visto in altro dramma,diciamo un classico dramma cinese.I protagonisti sono dei semplici ragazzi con vite lavorative amici e in fine l'amore.Lui questa volta è più giovane di lei ma questo non sarà un ostacolo per portarli ad innamorarsi.Un amore dolcissimo tenero e romantico.
Molto spazio dedicato al lavoro oltre che alla storia d'amore.
Attori molto carini e bellissima coppia.Poi un degno happy ending.
Niente di nuovo per chi guarda drammi cinesi però di sicuro una piacevole visione!

I found the plot to be weak and uneventful. Maybe was just the direction. But it didn’t transmit anything deep at all. Even the relationships seemed quite mechanical and cold between the exes.
I read a few negative reviews warning that the male lead was not good at acting so I was a bit wary but to my surprise it was not the case at all, found him quite charismatic and I did enjoy his character.
Overall and even though it was just poor writing but sweet and lighthearted sweetness, so if you aren’t looking for anything complicated i guess you can give it a go.

I was pleasantly surprised when starting this drama as it turns out to be quite funny. I wasn’t sure about the plot and how both characters would meet but the story line ties in quite well. Both Male and Female lead portray their characters well with them being introduced to the audience at the beginning. It is a light hearted funny Rom/Com, easy to watch and well acted. There are dramas that drag on and are cheesy. This isn’t one of them. Easily watched the first few episodes without noticing how much I enjoyed it.
