Light-hearted and straight forward.
Unlike most 10-minute episode cdramas I’ve seen, I actually enjoyed The Little Wife of the General. The FL’s personality is quite lovable and for once the ML isn’t a forceful (and lowkey creepy) jerk. I found the dynamic of the two leads to be reasonable and realistic given that they are practically strangers who only met after their marriage was done and over with. The longer they know each other, the more involved they become, and the more they think of one another. The romance isn’t out of this world, but its sweet and simple.I have to mention that the very best part about this drama is that it doesn’t take itself too seriously. You can almost tell that the cast and crew had fun with it instead of actually overplaying into those all too well-known, classic cliches. Even if the plot was nothing particularly new, I never thought of it as cheesy because of the comedic elements and professional acting.
If you have time on your hands and are looking for a short little romance to enjoy, I say go for it!

Short, Cute And Funny
it is a short drama, but I found it cute and funny. The female lead character wins me over thru the whole drama. She is smart, sneaky and her chemistry with the lead male character is so cute. The actors performance was very good. The chemistry between the characters bring the story to life. I even enjoy the story line which is a very usual story for a C-drama. The writer did a good job in keeping the drama going in one direction and did not veer of course. The director was good in keeping the scene together in every episode. I enjoy it very much. Watch it, great for when you do not have a lot of time to watch another story. Your friends will enjoy it with you.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
