arghhh this drama is so good! i was on a kdrama break and lovely runner started apearing on my fy, so i was like, i gotta watch!and i dont regret, its simply beautiful! the story revolves around time travel and its a very thrilling yet funny and lovely (lol) drama! the characters are super well written and you can see the development, as well the plans that they have to save each other
the soundtrack is BEAUTIFUL! i keep listening nonstop

Best drama of the Year 2024
I started watching dramas in 2020,but this is the first time I'm writing review for the drama and this is my first time watching drama while airing.Where should I start with? Lovely Runner is the best romantic, interesting drama ever made according to me.May be it looks I'm hyping it,but no if you already watched it, you'll resonate with me more.From Start to end of the drama there is no boring scenes and each scene make sense in the end. From their cute and realistic acting of the lead actors and the story will make you laugh,smile,cry all at the same time.

Best drama to exist
Lovely runner holds a special place in my heart. As someone who likes to binge watch dramas, I started watching this drama as it was airing and I was thinking oh I should've waited till it was fully aired. I usually drop dramas if I watch them as they're airing as I get bored of waiting and I watch spoilers on Twitter but with Lovely Runner, not once did I watch a spoiler. The excitement for each ep, watching the pre-releases were all part of the experience that I am so happy I went through. Not one episode was bad or laggy or whatever. Every moment was worth it. Both the leads are wonderful and I am teary as I'm writing this review because I am going to miss them so much. As someone who hated Mondays, I waited for Mondays every week and now I feel empty without them on my Mondays and Tuesdays from now on. All OSTs were beautiful but Spring Snow warms my heart. Please everyone do no hesitate and watch Lovely Runner, trust me, you won't regret it. I will never forget the impact this drama had on me. Thank you Wooseok and Hyeyoon and the rest of the cast for this amazing drama, it really healed me. Truly the best drama to exist.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

The story is similar to other time travel dramas but script writing and casts omg they are perfect ,not a single episode is boring it's full of emotions, comedy and plots. One of my favorite romcom
It's not a perfect drama, but I really love it. It's a drama where I can feel the passion & affection from the casts, directors, writer, and staffs... so it feels even more precious.1. Story - Overall decent, but it had weak moments due to being a 16 episode series.
The first 8 episodes are the best imo. I don't really like the development in ep 9-14, but I love the last 2 episodes. Ep 16 especially is one of the best ending that I've seen... this review is heavily biased due to the ending.
I only dislike Geum x Hyunjoo storyline and the unnecessarily long killer plot.
However, I love that we got ML pov, it makes me feel like reading a novel and feels very appropriate to the source. It also gives more weight to the previous scenes.
I'm also glad all version of Seonjae got saved. I always feel bittersweet when I remember the original Seonjae, so I'm glad that he also got his happy ending.
2. Casts are really good. I really love the 4 leads especially. I quite like BWS and KHY before but I love them now. I'm so impressed that they gives off different feeling in each age. They have one of the best chemistry too imo.
Because they were played by KHY and BWS, I really fell in love with Sol and Seonjae... and I can't help but root for their happiness. They did such an amazing job that I really can't imagine anyone else playing these roles.
3. Dialogue - The lines are so pretty, it's a shame that some of the meaning got lost in translation. This is one of the story where I feel like it's worth to buy the script book.
4. Directing - I think it's a blessing that the director got replaced. This director knows how to tell a story. Though this also resulted in some jarring scenes here and there as they use some of the older footage. Given the budget and time constraint, I feel like the director did his best. I love all the parallel scenes!
5. No PPL makes it more immersive.
Can you imagine the white candy got switch to Kopiko?? I'd die laughing.
6. OST - best drama OSTs for me. All the OST lyrics basically narrating the stories, I love it.
7. Ending - best ending for me. I love ep 16 so much! It's the perfect ending for a romcom drama. With the amount of bad ending that I've watched in recent years, I'm so thankful to the writer.
This drama took 3 years to produce and went through rough time due to director change, reshoot, barely any promo and everyone think it will flop... but I'm glad that the result has been amazing. Thank you for making me so happy for the past 8 weeks. It's been a while since I've been so invested into a kdrama from beginning until the end, so I feel a bit empty now that it's completed.

THE BEST K-DRAMA EVER!! ☀️✨
Wow! I can't believe that was the ending of such an amazing drama. The chemistry between the characters was so sweet and overflowing, I just want to eat them up their are so cute, words can't literally describe how much I love them. Watching this drama was an emotional rollercoaster for me. One moment I was crying, the next laughing, then swooning over the actors, and then shocked and crying again. Despite being a mess of emotions, I enjoyed every second of it. This is now my top favorite drama☀️.As a long-time fan of Hyeyoon since "Extraordinary You" and Wooseok from "Record of Youth", I was excited to hear that they were cast together. My anticipation grew so much that I even read the webtoon "Tomorrow's #1", which I thoroughly enjoyed. I watched as the title changed from "Time to Walk Through Memory" to "Carry Sunjae and Run", and every time they attended award shows to promote the drama or posted teaser photos, I constantly checked for updates and eagerly awaited the premiere. Like many others, I didn't anticipate its immense popularity. Seeing them reach this level of success feels incredibly rewarding and I am truly proud of their achievements. They say opportunity comes to those who are ready, and they truly deserve this success!!
The anticipation for each episode was like no other show, except maybe “Queen of Tears” and “Twinkling Watermelon”. But even then, I was more excited for this one. The chemistry between Sunjae and Im Sol is incredibly insane, it got me kicking my feet and punching my pillow. Their journey from sweet first love moments to intense, angsty scenes was incredibly portrayed, and their love story is so heart-wrenching that it transcends every time line. Kudos to the actors for executing all these shifts flawlessly?✨. Ugh, and the comedy aspect of this drama, I was laughing so hard lol. Whether it was Im Sol embarrassing herself in front of Sunjae, Sunjae's peak loser moments (which was my favorite), Sunjae’s dad and Im Sol’s mom moments, Inhyuk being stuck in between the 2 leads, or the interactions between the other characters, they made me laugh with tears?.
The cinematography was breathtaking. Each scene made my heart flutter or drew me deeper into the drama, especially when paired with the beautiful OST’s and BGM. I appreciate the hard work and attention to detail from everyone involved in making these captivating scenes possible, including the director, writers, Hair/makeup artists, staff and everyone else that was involved. Thank you for your tireless work and attention to detail you made this all happen, I really appreciate you guys. THANK YOU LOVELY RUNNER TEAM AND CAST ??.
Oh my gosshh!! Don't even get me started with the OST’s every single one was so emotional that made me cry a river or enjoyable to listen to. A shout-out to the composers and musicians who made these beautiful pieces. And the Original classic timeless BGM where so good too. My top favorite songs right now have to be “Sudden Shower”, “I Think I Did” (Original and Cover), “I’ll Be There”, “Star” (both ver.), “A Day”, “Spring Now”, and “Run Run”??✨.
Kim Hyeyoon and Byeon Wooseok deserve an award for their impressive performances. Watching the behind-the-scenes and interviews, I saw how hard they worked in the cold weather, pouring out their emotions to create beautiful scenes every day for 10 months. I'm glad they had each other for support and had fun while filming. I hope they maintain their wonderful friendship, and I look forward to seeing more of their work in the future?☀️✨.

Another overhyped drama
I dropped this drama after ep 3. They tried hard to make this a comedy but the comedy is not happening. The story line and transition of time traveling are also awful.And idk it's like watching another extraordinary you. Start with the FL, same actress, similar character. Childish and trying hard to look happy and bright. The only natural-looking cast is byeon wo seok. The rest are just hmm.

Its not that deep but its gonna sink in your mind quickly
Although thriller aspect to it and not so happy begginig this drama is full of fluffyness and awkward missunderstandings you are gonna love.Time travel, love angst and lots of laught combined with trully sorrowfull moments make watching this drama a full rollercoaster of emotions.
Nowadays it seems every movie and every series tries to be serious and touch on difficult topics. But in this difficult times something that will make you forget the darkness of reality may have even more value. Lovely Runner shows us that in every tragedy there is a possibility for a happy ending and reminds us that life has to be balanced as "for every precious thing you gain you have to lose something else". But sometimes this exchange is trully worth it.
Some say that 9.2 rating is exaggerated, but to me this drama has proven its worth. It may not be anything new or thought provoking, but it made me feel things i havent for years. And those is what matters the most to me.

This drama is an incredible blend of romance, comedy, and, most importantly, action. From the very first episode, I was completely hooked and couldn’t stop watching. In fact, I’ve already watched it three times, and each time, it feels just as thrilling as the first. I wish more dramas were this captivating, drawing me in so completely. Initially, I was contemplating whether to watch it or not. And I am glad that I watched it.I think rather than the storyline, the chemistry between leads hooked me till the end. Gosh.

Best story
I'm in love with this drama.It’s sooooo good. Story, acting, music everything is perfect for me.It's a healing drama for me.This story has romance,cute moments etc.After watching a episode it makes me restless for other episode. Nowadays I just wait for Monday and Tuesday, so that I can watch my favourite drama. Sunjae and sol are perfect for each other. This drama had lots of twisted plot.Actor and actress acting skil is good specially ImSol and sunjae.
