Under rated gem amongst the mini web drama
Firstly, the synopsis is a little off.The story is indeed about a young girl, Jing Jia taking her twin sister, Jing Shu’s place when the sister went missing right before the wedding.
Prior to that in a separate chance encounter, she met her sister’s husband to be and attracted his attention.
They got married and the groom’s family has a complicated typical Chinese family background that resulted in them
agreeing to stay together as married couple for their different reasons.
At ep 19; the ML finally realized that the FL is not his intended bride but the twin sister and he was pissed as expected.
However, the conversation was also witnessed by another party in ML family that is jostling for power and has ill intent towards the ML.
I strongly recommend because aside from comedic moments, the chemistry is good between the two leads. The actors are good for both leads. I consider this same as “A familiar stranger” genre… short and entertaining and very good to pass time whilst waiting for regular drama to air.
11May: I have finished the show, the ending a little underwhelming and somewhat disappointing. Don’t misunderstand me : it is a happy ending just not as good as others of same genre…

finale confuso poco soddisfacente
per essere un mini drama non è affatto male: gli attori recitano in maniera più che decente e per quanto mi riguarda trovo i protagonisti maschili molto gradevole alla vista. la musica lascia un po' il tempo che trova ma non è la parte più importante di questo spettacolo. trucco e parrucco sono molto più che sufficienti e anche le ambientazioni si difendono bene per quanto ci troviamo sempre in ambienti chiusi. inizialmente anche lo svolgimento era intrigante ma verso la fine ci siamo persi parecchio. parliamo della ragazza che inghiotte degli scorpioni o giù di lì che non si sa bene da dove sia uscita questa cosa. sembra andare tutto a catafascio e improvvisamente tutti i santi o quasi tutti i santi finiscono in gloria quasi come se ci fosse un deus ex machina ad aggiustare ogni problema. tutto si aggiusta negli ultimi cinque minuti il che è veramente affrettato anche per un mini drama di queste dimensioni. se non avessero pasticciato così il finale avrei assegnato volentieri anche un 8 e anche così sette e mezzo forse è un po' eccessivo.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Fated to Love You is a miniseries set during a historical period. This drama had some strong points regarding the main male lead and his dealings with the antagonists which he resolved even with the help of the main female lead but the drama is supposed to be about the leading couple and their fated romantic union. Although the leading couple had a very good camaraderie, steadfast feelings for each other, and a cute playful relationship, their romantic intimate scenes lack excitement. Even though the ending is a happy one, it is uneventful and boring. This drama is okay to watch while waiting for a great one to come! Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

I'm confused
Started good, it was interesting at first and then here come some holes and no sense. Don't get me wrong, I watch a lot of web series and I know that usually they are not comparable to high budget long dramas. I'm not talking about dresses, bad glued wigs, sets or acting. I'm gonna point out what didn't work for me, it could have been a great drama with just some better writing or explanations.First of all the ML started to show the typical signs of falling in love with the FL. And then boom, they were lovey dovey in just a second, when exactly the FL fall in love with him as well? I don't know. It was giving butterflies at first but I don't like when they cut out the love story development.
But let's talk about the scheming marchioness and his son. One moment they seem to be accomplices and then out of nowhere the son accuses her to have killed the father when he wasn't even there and the ML was already blamed for the death of the father. How did you know dude? You were playing dumb the all drama and now you're a genius? Nah.
The twin sister of the FL appears and everyone discovers the truth about the sisters and it's basically useless for a while, just to show a fake quarrel between FL and ML. I thought at least the marchioness would used this information, but no. Then she magically remembers everything and solve all the problems at the end.
I mean, it's not as bad as some dramas I watched but it's too much for a short drama. If they cut some scenes and developed others in a better and clearer way, I would give this drama an higher rating.

Surprising excellent
First - the opening theme to this show is just shockingly good. Wow. Instrumental and beautiful.Next - this was a really great show that wasn’t high budget at all but definitely got the job done. Acting was on point, chemistry was great, the story worked and it kept me hooked all the way through.
This was so refreshing. Definitely need more of these quality but not epic production kinda deals, keep them coming!!!
