While "I Just Didn't Do It" is about an innocent man spending time in jail, "Half" is about someone who accidentally killed a man while trying to protect their friend. In both films, the male leads have the same timid demeanour, and are both served a cold plate of injustice. "Half" is much more graphic and violent. The atmosphere of injustice is equally prevalent in both films.
