Overall: the title on GagaOOLala is "Sex Drifter" which is pretty appropriate. This is more of a messy plot and less idealized romance. It is a Japanese pink film which is about an hour long and very heavy on the explicit NSFW scenes. I wish they would have not opened with alternating NSFW scenes because I wasn't sure what the relationships were between the characters.
