The female leads are similiar. If you like our Times you will enjoy The moveable Feast. It is very funny. The female lead is original & carefree.

Both of these movies are focused on cooking. These two movies are shot in similar styles. I found the food shots in The Movable Feast reminiscent of those in This Is Not What I Expected. A lot the camera work in both of these films are similar too. Something that impresses me about both films is they have beautifully colorful scenes/sets/costumes that don't come across as obnoxious or overwhelming or busy; the colors are always just beautiful and help to create settings that match the characters.
