Juui Dolittle (2010)

If you liked the medical part of "Surgeon Bong Dal Hee" then you might like "Juui Dolittle" too (both deals with surgeries and treats patients).
Major difference: Juui Dolittle is about veterinarians/pets, while Surgeon Bong Dal Hee is about doctors/humans. In SBDL there's also romance.

both are about vet's although hores doctoer does start to treatt people latter on and both show cool surgery scencs with animels
