Bae Hyeon Seong will possibly be Han Seok Kyu's employee in the upcoming K-drama New President Project.
On January 17, media outlet JTBC Entertainment shared an exclusive report stating that Bae Hyeon Seong will also be cast in the upcoming comedy K-drama New President Project.
New President Project will tell the story of a CEO of a fried chicken shop who does his best to mediate disputes for people in a cliff-edge situation with a 0% chance of winning.
Han Seok Kyu first received the offer to lead the upcoming K-drama. He will reportedly portray the role of CEO Shin who runs a fried chicken shop in a small neighborhood.
Bae Hyeon Seong, on the other hand, got the offer to portray Jo Phillip. He is an intern at CEO Shin's chicken shop and is known for having zero flexibility. The actor's side hasn't responded to the casting reports yet.
Director Shin Kyung Soo (The First Responders, The Nokdu Flower, and Six Flying Dragons) and writer Ban Ki Ri (Missing: The Other Side) will join hands to create the upcoming comedy K-drama.
There are still no confirmation details on the broadcast channel and airing date of the New President Project.
This may be the follow-up K-drama project of Bae Hyeon Seong after the JTBC K-drama Family by Choice with Hwang In Youp, Jung Chae Yeon, Seo Ji Hye, Choi Won Young, and Choi Moo Sung.
Last year, the actor also made a special cameo appearance in the K-dramas Love Your Enemy and Hellbound Season 2. He also returned to Gyeongseong Creature Season 2.
Bae Hyeon Seong is known for being part of the K-dramas Miraculous Brothers, Gaus Electronics, Our Blues, Hospital Playlist, and more.
