'Squid Game Season 2' Jo Yu Ri will reportedly lead a new thriller K-drama
Jeon Bae Soo confirmed his third upcoming K-drama project.
On January 6, it was officially confirmed that Jeon Bae Soo will be starring in the upcoming K-drama Undercover High School.
This will be the upcoming third K-drama project of the actor. He will also join the cast of the upcoming K-dramas The Murky Stream and Extraordinary Attorney Woo Season 2.
Jeon Bae Soo is currently starring in the SBS K-drama Love Scout led by Han Ji Min, Lee Joon Hyuk, Kim Do Hoon, Kim Yoon Hye, Lee Sang Hee, Park Bo Kyung, and more.
The actor is known for being part of the popular K-dramas Dear Hyeri, Queen of Tears, Daily Dose of Sunshine, Extraordinary Attorney Woo, All of Us Are Dead, Mr. Queen, When the Camellia Blooms, Stranger, Fight for My Way, and more.
Undercover High School will tell the story of Jung Hae Sung who hid his identity as a National Intelligence Service agent and goes undercover as a high school student to locate the whereabouts of Emperor Gojong’s missing gold bullion.
Director Choi Jung In (Knight Flower and On the Verge of Insanity) and writer Im Young Bin (Bad Prosecutor and Sketch) will work together for the upcoming K-drama.
He will work alongside main leads Seo Kang Joon, Jin Ki Joo, Kim Min Ju, Kim Shin Rok, Yoon Ga Yi, Kim Young Ah, and more.
Jeon Bae Soo will portray the role of Ahn Seok Ho. He is the head of the NIS domestic team. He will be a strong supporter of Seo Kang Joon's character Jung Hae Sung.
Undercover High School will premiere in February. It will exclusively air on MBC. The K-drama will have a total of 12 episodes.
