Kim Soo Hyun's "Knock Off", Ji Chang Wook's "Gangnam B-Side" —Disney+ Reveals 2024-25 K-Drama Lineup

On September 12, Disney+ released a lineup video showcasing its upcoming series set to premiere in the second half of 2024 and 2025.

First up is the crime thriller Gangnam B-Side.

Gangnam B-Side is a crime K-drama that follows a top detective who, after being demoted, joins forces with a prosecutor and a mysterious broker to take down sinister forces operating in the shadows of Gangnam's nightlife.

The K-drama stars Jo Woo Jin, Ji Chang Wook, Ha Yoon Kyung, and BIBI, among others. 

Then, fans will be treated to the most-anticipated supernatural thriller Light Shop, written by Moving writer Kang Full. 

The K-drama is set against the backdrop of a mysterious lamp shop that serves as the point of junction for the living and the dead. 

Starring in the K-drama are household names and rising stars including Ju Ji Hoon, Park Bo Young, Bae Sung Woo, Uhm Tae Goo, Kim Seol Hyun, Lee Jung Eun, Kim Min Ha, Park Hyuk Kwon, Kim Dae Myung, Shin Eun Soo, Kim Sun Hwa, and Kim Ki Hae. 

Taking on the directing duties is none other than actor Kim Hee Won, who played the role of Choi Il Hwan, a teacher at Jeongwon High School in Moving. 

For 2025, Disney+ has planned K-dramas including Unmasked (Kim Hye Soo, Jung Sung Il, Joo Jong Hyuk), Hyper Knife (Park Eun Bin, Sul Kyung Gu), Knock Off (Kim Soo Hyun, Jo Bo Ah), Nine Puzzle (Kim Da Mi, Son Suk Ku), Low Life (Ryu Seung Ryong, Lim Soo Jung, Yang Se Jong), Tempest (Kang Dong Won, Jun Ji Hyun), and Made in Korea (Hyun Bin, Jung Woo Sung).
