Another hit K-drama will possibly have a second season.

On January 9, industry insiders stated that a second season for Misaeng: Incomplete Life is in the works. According to reports, the production team and the lead actors recently gathered together to discuss the new season. It was also reported that the original writer of the K-drama finished the script for the second season last year. 

With this, the production company of Misaeng: Incomplete Life has responded to the circulating news. According to them, "We understand that many people are affectionate about our K-drama Misaeng: Incomplete Life. However, there is no official discussion or consultation yet with the casts of the K-drama on the possible production of the second season." 

They also clarified, "Director Kim Won Suk just shared his thoughts to the public that he wants to do a second season of Misaeng: Incomplete Life at a special screening event but there's no confirmation for it yet."

A representative from one of the cast's agencies also clarified that their actor has not been offered to star in a new Misaeng: Incomplete Life season yet.

Misaeng: Incomplete Life debuted in the first half of 2014 and achieved significant success on the broadcast channel tvN. Furthermore, it provided a platform for the cast members to showcase their remarkable acting skills, leading to increased public recognition.

The K-drama depicted the lives and struggles of ordinary office workers. The story was depicted in the webtoon of the same name by Yoon Tae Ho

It was the collaboration work of director Kim Won Suk (My Mister and Signal) and writer Jung Yoon Jung (The Bride of Habaek and Arang and the Magistrate).

ZE: A's Yim Si Wan, Lee Sung Min, Kang So Ra, Kang Ha Neul, Kim Dae Myung, and Byun Yo Han gave life to the story of Misaeng: Incomplete Life.
