"Moving" Actor Lee Jung Ha to Lead a New Webtoon Based School K-Drama!

Rising actor Lee Jung Ha is set to lead a new K-drama based on a webtoon.

On August 23rd, media outlets reported that Lee Jung Ha will be the main character in the upcoming K-drama One High School Heroes. He will be working with Kim Joo Ryoung and Lim Hyun Tae. 

Lee Jung Ha's agency Namoo Actors confirmed the reports. The agency stated, "It is true that Lee Jung Ha will be joining the upcoming series  One High School Heroes. The filming is already finished but the broadcast date is yet to be finalized."

One High School Heroes will base its story on the webtoon ONE which can be found in Kakao webtoons. The upcoming K-drama will have a total of 8 episodes. 

The K-drama will tell the story of a model student, who only knows about studying, and becomes a victim of domestic violence. He will also get kidnapped by a group of school gangsters. 

The upcoming K-drama will be helmed by director Lee Sung Tae who also worked on the films Quantum Physics and Derailed.

One High School Heroes already finishing filming and it is currently in discussion for the broadcast date and the OTT platform. 

This will be the follow-up project of Lee Jung Ha after the Disney+ K-drama Moving.

Lee Jung Ha is gaining attention lately for his character in the ongoing K-drama Moving. Many are falling for his charm and acting in the series. As well as his great chemistry with other actors such as Han Hyo Joo, Go Youn Jung, and Cha Tae Hyun. 

The rising actor started his acting career in 2018. He was part of the K-dramas Rookie Historian Goo Hae Ryung, Run On, Nevertheless, and more.
