Singer-actress Kim Jae Kyung belatedly revealed that she had gotten married
Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook are confirmed to be co-stars in the upcoming KBS weekend K-drama Please Take Care of the Five Eagle Brothers.
On December 16, it was officially confirmed that Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook would be working together in the upcoming series Please Take Care of the Five Eagle Brothers. The K-drama will premiere in February 2025.
Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook will be working with director Choi Sang Yeol (My Lovely Boxer) and writer Goo Hyun Sook (Never Twice, The Gentlemen of Wolgyesu Tailor Shop, and A Hundred Year's Inheritance).
Please Take Care of Five Eagle Brothers will revolve around a woman who suddenly became the breadwinner after her husband died. After only ten days of marriage, the wife unexpectedly found herself loaded with the responsibility of taking care of her late husband's five brothers with unique personalities.
The production team of the K-drama shared, "Through this K-drama, you will be able to witness the captivating performance from Uhm Ji Won and Ahn Jae Wook. Please anticipate the chaotic chemistry displayed by these actors, which will undoubtedly produce laughter and emotion from viewers."
Please Take Care of Five Eagle Brothers will exclusively premiere on KBS2 next year. The K-drama will have a total of 50 episodes.
Uhm Ji Won will portray the role of Ma Kwang Sook. She is a 45-year-old woman who works as a window manager at the Siwan Post Office. She became a widow after an accident. She is the eldest sister-in-law of the Eagle brothers.
Please Take Care of Five Eagle Brothers will be the third upcoming K-drama project of the actress. She will also star in the upcoming series Hong Rang and The Cursed Season 2.
Ahn Jae Wook will star as Han Dong Seok, the CEO of LX Hotel. He is known for being feisty and arrogant. He will encounter Ma Kwang Sook as he navigates the challenges of daily life and loneliness.
This will be the comeback of Ahn Jae Wook to the K-drama scene after two years. The actor last starred in the 2023 series Not Others with Jeon Hye Jin, Girls Generation's Choi Soo Young, Park Sung Hoon, Kim Hye Eun, and Seo Ye Hwa.
