Upcoming drama "Weak Hero Class 1" to premiere this year!

The upcoming webtoon-based drama "Weak Hero Class 1" will officially premiere next month.

On October 17, Wavve released teaser posters from the upcoming drama "Weak Hero Class 1." The teaser posters showcased the main lead, Park Ji Hoon as the character named Yeon Shi Eun. Through the poster, it was also confirmed that the series will premiere this November. 

"Weak Hero Class 1" will base its story on the webtoon of the same name. It will tell the story of a weak boy who is also the top model student in the class. Physically, he is weak but because of his smart ideas, he uses different tools to fight against violence inside and outside of the school. 

The upcoming series will be helmed by director You Su Min. This series was screened at the   27th Busan International Film Festival and it got evaluated as a well-made work. From the plot, actors' performances, music direction, and more, this series is considered one of the most anticipated works in the second half of the year.

In the poster, Park Ji Hoon is seen with an indifferent expression and eyes containing full of stories raising expectations for the drama. In another poster, Park Ji Hoon is seen with lonely eyes and his hand holding a brick. The poster also has a caption stating, "I asked you to stop."

Wavve also shared, "In the first poster, Yeon Shi Eun who faced violence came to the forefront to survive in the chaotic school. The story of Yeon Shi Eun as a weak hero but not an easy opponent was portrayed well by Park Ji Hoon's skills. Please look forward to the actor's new challenge and the 'weak hero' he will create."

Aside from Park Ji Hoon, Choi Hyun Wook, Hong Kyung, Kim Su Gyeom, Lee Yeon, and Shin Seung Ho will also lead the drama.
