The upcoming KBS K-drama "Brain Cooperation" starring Cha Tae Hyun and CNBLUE's Jung Yong Hwa released a new poster and confirmed its airing date.
Through the latest poster released, it is officially confirmed that "Brain Cooperation" will begin airing on January 2nd.
The upcoming Monday-Tuesday drama will be the collaboration work of director Lee Jin Seo and writer Park Kyung Sun.
"Brain Cooperation" is a brain science comic investigation k-drama that will showcase two men who are impatient to kill each other to solve criminal cases related to rare brain diseases.
Cha Tae Hyun will play the role of Geum Myung Se. He is a detective that usually gets assumed as corrupt police. In reality, he is a kind and righteous man a work. He is also divorced.
Jung Yong Hwa will play the role of Shin Ha Ru. He is a neuroscientist that came from a family of doctors. He is known to be rich and has inherited property from his family. He is confident and has no mercy on people who he sees as scum.
"Brain Cooperation" will be added to the Monday and Tuesday K-drama timeslot of KBS. The series will premiere on January 2nd, 2023, at 9:50 PM KST.
In the poster released, both Cha Tae Hyun and Jung Yong Hwa are seen escaping from an emergency scene. Their two shot showcases both comic and serious vibes with Jung Yong Hwa carrying Cha Tae Hyun with a poker face while Cha Tae Hyun is seen comfortable and smiling in the arms of Jung Yong Hwa.
It also showcased that the two are opposites in their outfits. Jung Yong Hwa is wearing a stylish black suit while Cha Tae Hyun is rocking the casual look with a jacket and sneakers.
On top of that, the poster caption, "The brain will save you." raises questions about the connection between the brain and criminal investigation.
