You could make a widget for the drama that you are interested in order to add it to your profile (if it is one of the more recent entries to your list- top 100 or so), or, alternatively, add a picture of a cover photo, a photo associated with the drama you want to feature, and then hyperlink it with the link to the appropriate drama's MDL page- that's how I'd go about adding it- make it the feature of your profile
