I tried to keep this suggestion very succinct in the hopes that conceptually it would be an easier add. I intended to add a separate suggestion to add a filter function for each column in the Watchlist. For example, if I go to my favorite reviewer's Watchlist to see their favorite Japanese movies, it would be nice to filter for Country=Japanese, Type=Movie, Score > 8.0. To solve your problem, the title filter might include a "Starts with" or "Contains" search term.
