In addition to "most helpful" and "most recent" it would be nice to have "lowest rated" & "highest rated" options to sort the reviews.
Somewhat related: I would love to be able to change the default in how my reviews sort. I would rather they automatically sort by most recent on my profile instead of most helpful. Not a big deal, but "a nice to have."
