Currently there are only three "role" options in variety shows:
- Main Host
- Regular Member
- Guest
Because not all variety shows are talk shows I think there should be more variety to the roles as well. For competition shows there should be "contestant, judge, mentor etc." Contestant might not be in all episodes but he/she might not be a guest either. There also should be "Panelist" and "Special Appearance". Guest is usually for 1-5 episodes and some may have a special appearance here and there but they don't count as guest.
I hope this makes sense and will be considered.
