Adding to custom lists

Hello, is there a way to add new entries to the custom lists to the top of the list? It seems to be either bottom by default or alphabetical, and neither is convenient! Dragging an entry from the bottom to the top of a list is time-consuming and impractical!  I haven't found any other way around it yet! Help please!

LoL sorry for being offtopic but I didn't realize we have that many JAV actresses listed on MDL.

BTW that is a nice workaround. I know you can manually enter the number on voting list, but never know it is possible for custom list too. So thanks for the tips!

The alphabetical sorting of custom lists does not function properly. Even after setting the list to sort alphabetically, it resets to the "Authors List" order whenever an edit is made. This issue persists, disrupting the intended order and making it inconvenient to manage lists effectively.


and Arranging the items by dragging and dropping them in order or by numbering them is a hectic task if your list is of 100-200
