BLs

I love this for so many reasons. The leads' relationship, the food, talking about gender and age stereotypes in a subtle way and having different goals to everyone around you.

Miniseries. Cooking. Loved their characters and especially one's communication skills.

Was it a masterpiece? Well, the sunset was. The characters and the relationship were exceptionally flawed. It does get somewhat slow paced and disturbing, but it is its intention to do so.

The chemistry, the characters and the relationship make it such a pleasurable watch. Romcom to its core.

Artistic ML and computer-wired ML make an interesting enemies-to-lovers couple. Plus short series. Recommended.

This is the bl romcom I wanted. Songs, movie parallels, characters all added into a good story, although not fully fluffy ( I mean in a fake,all-is-perfect way).

Miniseries, great chemistry and action elements.

Movie. Tearjerker in my eyes , with an awesome  song ...

I actually enjoyed the action and politics aspects that shifted the focus out of romance. Maybe it needed sth more to cover all aspects satisfyingly but still worth watching. Plus I loved the street fashion and graffiti-arts elements.

I unexpectedly enjoyed this because of one of the leads characterization. Towards the end it was somewhat disappointing, as I found one conflict unnecessary.

Miniseries, great chemistry and relationship dynamic .  It is a miniseries, so some things were a little hasty.

Romcom BL with magic elements and cute characters. Pesonally did not care about second couple.

I had dropped this twice at some point, until actually understanding what it was all about, so I do consider this to need some patience. The relationship and pointing out of negative media practices are the unexpected positive points and it has a realistic feeling I appreciated, although I find a particular plot point highly questionable.

Short film (20 min.) with dancing. 

Action, mafia-police couple. I do like dramas with romance combined with other elements. 

Nice romantic drama, fan of the haters-to-lovers trope. Not as excited as everyone about this, hoping season 2 won't be full of cliches and misunderstandings.

Typical  story, although I do like the friends-to-lovers trope. The Korn-Knock chemistry is what makes it worth. Other couples, jealous over-dramatic girlfriends, I don't remember.

I was a fan of the Pete-Kao established relationship, with Pete toning down his immaturity . Some parts need skipping, but I could not completely ignore this couple. Plus opening theme...

Romance sitcom, with comedy and strange background sounds. I am not used to the genre, but it was enjoyable.

Miniseries and film industry. I actually did not like one of the leads, but enjoyed the film school subject. Plus short.

It is one of these dramas-films that has its value as one of the first BLs I've watched. I am not sure I would still like it as much today. 

Like ''Sotus''  one of the first, although c-drama which was cut halfway . It has problematic elements(look at the title). Probably suggest to no one that has not already seen it, this was literally cancelled midway.

Romcom about cold-sunny couple. Miniseries , so ok.

Lighthearted mystery-ghost story with slight bl elements. It would still be good if it was a friendship, which means it does not rely only on romance, although I personally would like if they progressed the romance more as well.

Volleyball team, really liked the main couple, the romance was very subtle. I do not even remember most if not all side characters., maybe I skipped

Miniseries. Running. Liked one idea presented.

I've come to find that most japanese dramas have that down-to-earth , easygoing feeling (or maybe the ones I've chosen to watch) and this is certainly true for their BLs. School romcom.

The setting and world building had soo much potential, but still worth watching as it is a miniseries.

Short film(14 min.).  Gives me a parody feeling.

It has a rural feeling and scenery which I liked, but 1) the setting is kind of a personal taboo with the whole fate-transplant thing, although they tried to downplay it, 2)towards the end I found the behavior towards one of the MLs was unfair and an apology was needed by a lot of people really  and stopped rooting for the relationship, but again this was a personal view. 

Korean BL minidrama with dancing. It is highly enjoyable for sure, but its plot has so many holes you have to use a lot of creative imagination to accept this happens in a human universe. they could make it a long music video with no plot and just sweet scenes, it would be just as great if not greater. 

short, relaxed BL with a naive , childlike lead and a confused or confusing (I am personally confused by his change) lead, a dynamic that could be better. Probably nearer to a 7.

Antagonist-to-lover dynamic with cute second couple in the workplace. Kind of cliche and standard.

It is kind of slow with easygoing relationship. Probably for times you just want sth as background. 

This is a BL romcom with somewhat emphasis on its comedic moments, which is what made it enjoyable for me. I could also see potential in the relationship and characters depicted, but I did not feel there was the necessary character development till the end, so I was a little disappointed.

remake of 2moons with other actors. it is a typical student storyline, with the main couple quite boring in my eyes but at least the storylines of the other two couples progress more in this one. The 3rd couple is great, alas it is presented later in the story.

pretty standard BL with engineer students. There are one or two characters who had some unique characteristics. 

obviously a guilty pleasure in  a kind of school setting, with some football mixed and honestly I am not even sure about the story. Would I recommend this to anybody? No. But I somehow watched it as a filler as I was a little affected by one of the lead's looks and the occasional subtle sweet moments and unexpectedly quick resolution of conflicts.

student standard BL, with some football. easygoing relationship for the first couple (which I found boring because I am that kind of person),enemies-to-sth for the second. Apparently there is a third couple storyline with problematic issues, but I've probably skipped it, I cannot even remember what happened.

standard student BL. I did not like the couple in this one, they just get together from the get-go and I do not think the chemistry was that great. I liked another couple relationship with the teasing ,even more than the remake because of actors, but its story was cut so it never went anywhere.

Boss-employee, enemies-to-lovers story. There is a level of reality TV ridiculousness in this one that actually make it funny, not sure how they pulled that off. 

Yes, I' ve watched this too, in like 2x speed. Standard school romcom , with one lead's actions making no sense? Or both leads? 

Sth with luck and sth. Not really a plot, just fluff.

Time-travel miniseries, although I did feel the relationship of leads and especially romance (?) made no sense, but ok.

Make it into a videoclip, we all know the only selling point is the visuals. Ok, maybe I am being a little unfair but self-sacrificing  characters get on my nerves.

Unfortunate 2nd season. Did I like it? No.  There was nothing that could salvage what they had done to the relationship for me , I skipped all of the first couple, the second couple could have been good but they introduced a plot out of nowhere (I do not think they had planned this or hinted at it in season 1 ) and went over their heads with supposedly medical terms. It is short and the actors are all good-looking, so there is that I guess.  And the music is perhaps the only saving grace for me personally. Again I think it did touch some of my personal no's, so it would be more enjoyable for other people.

Ok, it had music and I have eyes, but mostly bored.

It was the must-watch when it came out, but I find its most memorable moment is the hate we accumulated for many of the characters, not to mention the evil adversary that should have made this a thriller rather than a romcom.

second season to Sotus and it's like you play with your dolls and a ''go to work'' storyline.

13 min artistic minifilm. Apparently a classic , so I watched. 

Two timelines story, which was ok, although I was not sold on main couple's fated romance, light-hearted second couple relationship.

Kind of a classic, plus unexpected Lee Je Hoon.

This actually makes sense as a thriller. Three short ''stories''.

You can make a masterpiece out of depicting a toxic relationship, but this is not it.

Many people love it, I hate it, to each his own. If I hadn't seen the main actors in another drama, I'd be traumatized, both their characters of victim and victimizer were a big no for me.

No idea, I just remember the picture was bad and kind of shaky.

What is this? I' ll pretend not to have watched if you ask.

Mystery in school setting, trying to present political issues about authoritarian education and discrimination, which is a difficult feat in a basically youth drama. All in all, I liked that it was not plain romance and the leads have good chemistry too, although I felt it lacked fluidity as a story and I began to get tired at the end.

16 min. fluff friends-to-lovers BL

Considering I thought this would be really bad, it only was somehow bad, with unexpectedly good connection moments between characters, given its premise and I loved the music. Plus dark coloring? Do not expect substance.

Youth, fluff BL in school setting. 

Generally fluffy BL, with some mention to a serious issue, plus dentist premise led to some funny moments. All in all, ok.

Supernatural fluff short BL, actually liked the second couple more, somewhat felt childish to me as a premise and execution, plus is dating your dog a taboo?

Disturbing relationship dynamics in a good way, with distinct and equally promblematic characters that made their romance (if it can be called so at this point) interesting. Plus great season 2.

Unmemorable business setting BL, with a no-sense setting  and it felt kind of fragmented.

Japanese weird, opposites attracted romance, disliked some of the later actions. Ok I guess for the fluff and leads' interaction.

They have some chemistry, but I felt there was not much plot and got bored, although I expected their romace the most. Plus I skipped the other couples' interaction, not interesting for me.

Business setting with somewhat grown up characters, but it felt umemorable.

Sweet overload from my faves. Really short.

School setting with great lead chemistry, plus I liked the relationship as it was supportive and based on communication, plus good music and friendship and young life themes.

Second season with character and relationship development , without the characters losing thir uniqueness and quirky premise.

I actually liked the young couple more, as the main couple's romance made no sense to me. It had great images.

Classmates, somehow enemies to sth BL and as I like troubled characters, I enjoued this all in all.

Fluff BL.

Unmemorable.

Mystery time loop premise that was interesting, ok romance.

Family, food and comforting drama, not mainly focused on BL side.

Adapted from comic happy-go-lucky BL, with comic like characters that were likeable and made the relationship easy.

I liked this so much at first because duh... food and wierd premise (naked eating). But then it all fell apart to  a point neither the premise nor the characters had any substance, it was full of badly depicted and unlogical cliches and not a likeable character on site. I hate watched this to the end.
