My romcom (cn and tw) dramas

Relaxing, slice of life drama with a lot of cooking and satisfactory female characters, not much action happening. The romance in this series comes naturally and is subtle.

The ML is so entertaining and swoon-worthy... And there is no unlikable character... Business setting.

This one is set into a videogame with a kind of established always bickering couple... Controversial FL is sometimes a ticking bomb as far as the ML is concerned (which is due to the relationship they have and past grudges) I found her quite logical otherwise... And I liked that it had quite realistic couple themes in that fantasy setting... Last episodes were unimportant in my eyes.

The romantic parts are secondary in my eyes. Enjoyable time travel, school story, with friendship in its core and it actually acknowledges a problematic relationship as problematic. 

The FL can be annoying at times for me, but the ML and his  fluffiness make up for it ....     and I really enjoyed the pirate  theme...

It's been a while since I've watched this, but I remember enjoying it very much... Funny FL in a  love-hate relationship ...Maybe dragging a little towards the end but not in a noticeable way...

No introductions needed, well-known drama with a fantasy setting: inside the FL's novel, where a matriarchy society  is rival with a patriarchy society. 

Established couple time travel to their 17 -year-old selves while in the midst of break up... It was kind of lighthearted and I especially liked the FL's hooliganism tendencies when she got to be young again...

This one does not put much emphasis on the romance, although you wish it did, but has really  funny moments and great sismance... Oh and a concubine whose sole purpose is not to go   after the emperor seems quite mention-worthy?

This drama is kind of bipolar trying to mix romcom with a political machinations-mystery theme , only managing to get the first portion right in my opinion. I really liked the interactions between leads and the king's characterization was kind of a  scope I liked.

World-hopping attempted satire of romcom cliches, while using most of them itself , it is enjoyable in its funny moments, out of a light novel romance with mr. McDreamy and repeating-till-it is-drilled-in-your-head ost song.

Fluff and  girl-pretending-to -be-boy trope in a somewhat believable way. No need to say it is a cliche, guilty pleasure story, with some ice hockey.

Same cute actress as in ''My unicorn girl''. Great  couple that support each other  and nice  second couple with a mystery, investigation theme. 

miniseries the length of a movie, with a high school girl travelling in a drama as a side character and not using her brain but striking up a cliche and quite enjoyable romance with the ML. couple chemistry on point.

Time travel to historical-fantasy setting with zodiacs. I liked the fantasy elements and the FL is the typical funny Zhao Lu Si character. I did not appreciate the love-triangle(?) things.

Although I am kind of over cold MLs, this one didn't ruin the drama for me...  Although there are many cliches, I also loved the music and the sweet moments... Also, it has a fashion setting and a great second couple.

Writer is transported in her story as the evil second lead, sounds familiar? Fluffy...

I don't remember when I watched this, but I kind of enjoy bad-ass women in martial arts and it  was  quite pleasurable.

In the trend of taking classic historical plots with politics and turning them into a comedy , I found this one actually bearable. The FL is a clutch and caused trouble at times but has a talent for storytelling  and the couple interaction was good... I didn't really care about the side couple... I think one saving grace of this drama is that it does not take itself seriously, a fact that maybe makes you forget about any errors...Well, if you actively try to ignore them anyway. 

Tai chi, painting, out in the nature... So naturally the images were great... The plot is slowly failing in my eyes, although it had all the potential and I do not even know why. Not enough tai chi in my eyes. The ML did nothing for me and I would prefer to watch the second couple more. 

time-travel  romcom miniseries in fashion. skipped the first ep., the FL was a total pushover in that and I could not stomach it. nice ML and pretty stress-free, short after that. 

Miniseries, about 2hr. in its entirety, about a time-travel cohabitation romance between comic artists. Nothing spectacular, enjoyable. 

This drama is a classic cliche guilty pleasure... I mean it is called ''My little princes''...But it's all fairytale colours and fluff... And unrealistic music playing...

Romcom historical. Its positive points: assertive FL, supporting family and respectful  couple relationships. Its negative points: every cliche plot point of this kind of historical c-drama together with the 40 episode length. All in all, it needed around 10 ep less in my eyes , but I understand the positive reviews as it did not have the usual flaws in characterization and relationships and I actually feel a little guilty for the low score, but it just got boring for me.

Romcom historical with fake couple turned real. Towards the end the constant lying of FL did get on my nerves, but it was on the title so I had no excuse complaining. And sorry to say, but I could look at the ML for ages, which is the reason I did not drop.
