Personal Favourites [WIP]

I will rewatch this LITERALLY ANY TIME. If someone needed someone to sit with them through this, let's freaking go. The height difference was the first thing that pulled me in but OH MY GOODNESS how cute. It's a childhood friends story + ML chasing after FL in a hospital setting. Both leads are hard-working and adorable. I love when characters just vibe together. There are some points where I wish the FL would just let the ML dote on her but I totally get it. She wants to be her own human.
Also, there's a cute fluffy puppy... So ya know. Pffft.

I know this might not be a popular opinion but GOSH I love the animation for the MOBA they are playing. Like I'm sorry this was BEYOND gorgeous. For any gamer / drama peeps, I cannot express how much I loved this. Character development was cute as well. High key my favourite character by the end was actually Kun... He was a supporting role and initially very silly but I love how supportive of Tong Yao he was by the end even if he didn't have a shot in hell dating her. The plot can seem contrived, and gets incredibly messy about 2/3s in, but overall the friendships make up for most of that. Cannot give it a 10 for that reason.

Height differences and Enemies to lovers. What more do you want? Pfft. Also a BL as a side note.

Just incredibly soft. I don't know anyone that hasn't seen this but if you haven't truly give it at least 2 or 3 episodes. 

This stole my heart... I feel SO CLOSE to the MCs and the Side characters... Zero misses here. 

Closeted fangirl vibes with a struggling (yet well off / well known) artist. It's one of those rich CEO kinda stories (sort of) but with a whole other vibe. The FMC is incredibly intelligent and can stand on her own. I really love that. Just soft nonsense if you know what I mean.

There is something just so wholesome about this couple. I think the side cast also bring a lot to the table to make this BL seem like more than just your average BL. Ya know?

The leads have some of the wildest chemistry together. Aside from that, I do genuinely love when a FL has an independent personality. She's fierce on her own and I love it. 

I love Gun's portrayal of two separate characters. It's genuinely amazing. This is an OffGun classic already. Darker themes but some soft romance between. Don't even get me started with DanYok. First and Fluke Gawin made me feel so many feelings on their own.

This isn't a series I'd necessarily suggest to everyone but I did love it nonetheless. The supernatural elements were honestly a hoot but I can see how the main lead's premise of being together initially can be frustrating or downright upsetting. There are some wonderful fun bromance moments as an aside. Very enemies - yet also bros vibes. Just a fun little romp when not taken too seriously.

What I can only describe to someone as a wholesome / sometimes angsty sed-ed show. The initial cringe wears off and becomes just a solid watch. So happy I wound up watching and would heavily suggest to any friend.

This wound up being my favourite drama of 2023. Sweetest puppy x flirtatious/teasing lawyer out for vengeance. The way I slept on this drama while it was airing is a crime. Cannot suggest more.

The entire show felt kinetic. Soulmates / Reincarnation / Time travel. It's definitely not something I normally would have pulled for, but I am so happy I did.

Deliciously sweet with no random breakup or added drama from family that causes the couple to split. It made this such a sweet watch. I genuinely loved this so much. The '6 siblings' group is just the most PRECIOUS. I have nothing but high praise for this. Also for the consent girlies, there is only ever consent... Like it was SACARRINE sweet. So much fun. The finale is ONLY cute / sweet / lovely shenanigans.
