@_koreancinephile Korean Rom-Coms you need to watch

Jeon Jong Seo is having a breakout year (early 2024). This is a fairly formulaic romance but the leads are good, including Son Suk ku. Lots of A list supporting actors too.  Nothing remarkable here, just a romantic drama straight down the middle of the fairway.

What a pleasant surprise! I went into it expecting to see a goofball romantic comedy, and it was way more rewarding than that. Both leads are perfect. Their chemistry--despite the wall separating them--is really good. Very uplifting. Definitely worth a watch.

Above average romcom fare that doesn't rise to the level of When Harry Met Sally, but is still worth a watch. The two leads are some of the best in the business and they make for some pretty funny moments.

Good not great, but worth a watch for fans of Gong Hyo Jin
