  • You're Beautiful

    1. You're Beautiful

    Korean Drama - 2009, 16 episodes

You're Beautiful - A popular idol group A.N.JELL is signing a new singer as the main vocalist, Hwang Tae-Kyung's voice was hurting. They decide to sign Go Mi-Nam but he goes missing due to a surgery that went wrong for him and so his twin sister, Go Mi-Nyu who was all set to becoming a nun ends up taking his place so that he doesn't lose his chance to fame meanwhile she looks for their mother. It's a gender bender which is so bad that it's good. Like every episode shows just how much more things can go wrong with Go Mi-Nam a.k.a Go Mi-Nyu. The amount of misunderstandings this drama has was ridiculously hilarious. Every episode I would count exactly how many more misunderstandings we have. The over-the-top cringe comedy makes it worse. The weird fashion and the last minute happy ending makes it so not worth all the misunderstandings and mishaps we go through as a viewer. So if you want to watch a drama that makes you wonder exactly how much more wrong can this go, then this one's perfect for you.  - u/Fatooz

  • Liefdesalarm

    2. Liefdesalarm

    Korean Drama - 2019, 8 episodes

Love Alarm - Kim Jo-Jo is a high-school student who lives with her aunt but has a traumatic childhood memory that triggers her even now. Hwang Sun-Oh is a rich high-school student who just recently transferred to Jo-Jo's school. His best friend, Lee Hye-Yeong, has had the longest crush on Jo-Jo but has been unable to confess his feelings. Sun-Oh and Jo-Jo get infatuated with each other and end up kissing. The drama also has an app on which it is based, i.e., the love alarm. This app lets you know if a person within 10 meters of you likes you or not. This first season was still bearable with the chemistry between the main leads but the second half was just so bad. The main leads are a bunch of problematic people, just because they're high school students doesn't cover for their questionable actions. It made me wonder exactly why did I decide to watch this drama lol. You'll love it if you watch it when you want something so so bad. - u/Fatooz

  • Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

    3. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon

    Korean Drama - 2017, 16 episodes

Strong Woman Do Bong Soon - Bong-Soon has a power passed onto her through generations of females in her family having a special strength. She wants to become a game developer and a chance meeting with Ahn Min-Hyuk, owner of a gaming company, leads her a step closer to fulfilling her dream. For now she's working as a bodyguard for him and has a secret crush on her childhood friend, In Guk-Doo. I know that this drama is highly rated on MDL but there were just way too many problematic things in this drama. The unnecessary gangster comedy, the toilet humor with the very disgusting feces wine, the mom's abusive behavior used for comedic purposes, the homophobic aspects and the way the FL treated the ML. The only best part about that drama was Ahn Min-Hyuk. Personally I think it was so bad with the problematic humor that it was so good. - u/Fatooz

  • Boys Over Flowers

    4. Boys Over Flowers

    Korean Drama - 2009, 25 episodes

Boys Over Flowers - Gu Jun-Pyo is a rich and bratty guy who bullies people who dare go against him with his other three friends, collectively known as "F4". Geum Jan-Di is a hard working and literally strong girl who can't stand bullies and the rich. She saves a guy who was a victim of the F4's bullying and gets a scholarship of this school where the F4 is. She gets into many arguments with the Jun-Pyo before he finally finds himself falling for her unknown to the fact that she's already fallen for Ji-Hoo, a nice, kind hearted guy who is also the part of F4 but doesn't take part in the bullying. The drama was so bad that I kept watching to see how much more bad it can get. The overacting by Ku Hye-Sun, the so-called platonic relationship between Jan-Di and Ji-Hoo, the annoying SFL and all the toxicity that Jun-Pyo spreads throughout the drama. The only good part about this drama were Kim Bum and Kim So-Eun.  - u/Fatooz

Boys Over Flowers is truly the dumpster fire I can’t look away from. Every plot twist had me laughing in disbelief and wondering what the hell could top what just happened…and somehow it always managed to exceed my expectations that it couldn’t possibly get any worse - u/Careful_Piano809

  • Café Minamdang

    5. Café Minamdang

    Korean Drama - 2022, 18 episodes

Cafe Minamdang - the plot is kind of a mess and the FL has almost no personality. But inbetween the issues are some hilarious moments. The ML really carries this drama and the antics of his friends are really entertaining. Just the story and writing are a little terrible and goes on for about 12 episodes too long. - u/caninedesign

  • So I Married an Anti-Fan

    6. So I Married an Anti-Fan

    Korean Drama - 2021, 16 episodes

So I Married an Antifan  -  there's not much to say about this drama; it's not great. However the side couple are notorious for how toxic and abusive they can get. I mean, they really take it to another level that is unparalleled in kdrama land. It's worth watching just to see how bad rock bottom can get for toxicity. - u/caninedesign

  • Please Don't Meet the Man

    7. Please Don't Meet the Man

    Korean Drama - 2020, 10 episodes

Please Don't Date Him is about a refrigerator that can do background checks. Probably the dumbest plot ever. But oh my god, I cried laughing at some of the dumb jokes and gags they did.  - u/BudgieTiel

  • Cunning Single Lady

    8. Cunning Single Lady

    Korean Drama - 2014, 16 episodes

Cunning Single Lady - The laughs are so intensely I-can’t-breathe-stop precisely because of the idiocy, and the final resolution takes the idiocy up a notch. Lugubrious sibling second leads. Nonsensically childish divorced leads. And petty behavior SO MUCH. Totally bad, incredibly entertaining. - u/thiswillallpass

  • What's Up, Fox?

    9. What's Up, Fox?

    Korean Drama - 2006, 16 episodes

What’s Up Fox? - On the one hand, this (2006!) kdrama can do no wrong, because it starts out with the female lead writing porn for the “men’s magazine” she works for! In the prudish wasteland of highly censored RoK television, this drama manages to be refreshingly sex-positive. And it’s just so damn sweet! It’s dated look, low budget, and no noona left unpunished trope make the warmth of the characters stand out that much more. Bonus: if you love ideal boss Brian in Search:www, that actor, Kwon Hae Hyo, has a similar, most enjoyable, minor role in this dated charmer. - u/thiswillallpass
