"Lovers In New York" is a Filipino-American musical drama-romantic film, it started Francesca Bathan, Alain Echem, Zsazsa Padilla, Dave Chua, Frencheska Farr, Lena Cawley and Kean Chua. In order to escape an arranged marriage, Alvin (Kean Chua) and Janice (Francesca Bathan) was married, the gang will fight back to kill him and was death long ago in Manila. She runs away to New York, where she meets Joel (Alain Echem). He brings her to his hometown only to realize that their pasts are connected to break their hearts.
