Thai BLs Worth Watching

This series is still currently airing (as of 4/2021) but I absolutely love Gene.

You will see a couple of familiar faces in this series if you have watched any Thai BLs before. I highly recommend this one because of the unique storyline (for a BL) and fantastic acting. The OST is great too! 

The main couple in this series were just too cute. The ending felt a bit rushed, but still a great series. 

Love By Chance is one of those series that is just so cringy, but I can't stop watching it. Acting is so-so. Just a warning, there is some dubious consent with one of the secondary couples. 

TharnType, oh how I love thee. The storyline is a bit over the top but the chemistry between Mew/Gulf is what makes it such a great show. Love it.

Most second seasons for Thai BLs suck. This one was good. From what I can tell, many fans were not happy with the new secondary characters added but it didn't bother me at all.

This series is so well made. The acting, the atmosphere, the soundtrack, everything was so good. I'm looking forward to what they do next in Season 2. 

If you like mysteries and BLs then this is the series for you. I really enjoyed that it wasn't about college students.  MaxTul really are the best BL ship out there so hopefully this won't be the last BL they do together. 

I love OffGun. However for much of the series I felt like Third and Khai's friendship was extremely toxic. I was able to binge watch this one, which increased my viewing pleasure of the show. Lot of angst.

I really liked this show. However, there were some serious issues in consistency. One episode is well paced, the next isn't. Bright and Win are extremely talented actors so I was able to look past certain issues to enjoy it in the end.

Not a BL but it does feature a "throuple". Interesting storyline!

I prefer Dark Blue Kiss over the previous 2 series (Kiss and Kiss Me Again). It's been awhile since I've seen all three series, but only Dark Blue Kiss has the same sex relationships almost exclusively. Kiss and Kiss Me Again the main couple is straight. 

Love Sick was one of the first Thai BLs I watched so it has a special place in my heart. If the first 15 or 20 minutes don't turn you off (there are so many characters introduced) then it's worth your time.

First BL I watched. I love it.

I really liked SOTUS S, the follow up to SOTUS. I enjoyed we got to see Arthit and Kongpob as "adults" in the real world. SPOILER ALERT: The only issue I have with it is the internship thing with Kongpob. Would he really go and not tell his BF that he will be interning at the place Arthit works? Like, really? Do they communicate at all? SMH.

MaxTul are the best. A good show, but not my favorite.

I liked "Why R U?" But I can't help but wonder if the pandemic hadn't of happened would it have been a much better show? Yes, I think so. I still enjoyed the relationship between Saifah / Zon though.

"Until We Meet Again"  is probably my favorite of all the BLs out of Thailand. It has just the right amount of angst and romance. I can't wait for the next one, "Between Us".

He's Coming to Me doesn't seem to get a lot of love from people. But I thought it was a really well done BL. It was about a college student, but it wasn't the main focus of the story. Singto /Ohm had great chemistry in this series. Highly underrated.

This show is still ongoing (as of 4/21) but I'm really enjoying it. It's extremely low key and enjoyable to watch. Deals with serious topics such as bullying.

Fun show. The episode where Duen gets drunk at the bar is one of the best scenes I've seen in a BL. It's just so ridiculous and funny. The only negative about the show is there are just too many characters / couples.
