Shen Li was so powerful. It felt refreshing watching her be this strong, independent woman who can stand up for herself and protect others. She showed resilience and bravery even when all hope seemed lost.

My girl crush this month. Honestly, I was never going to watch this show, but I am glad I was bored and hit the play button because, wow, my fl (Hua Zhi) was so inspiring and empowering. She is a smart and brave woman who uses the skills she has learned to build her way up while ensuring her family remains safe. I love that you see her character grow as she deals with each problem that comes her way while also staying true to who she is. I honestly want to be just like her.

P.S: I also loved the sisterhood and how all the women gained confidence and learned to stand up and love for themselves. Their lives may have not been perfect but they made the best of what they had. The name "Blossoms in Adversity" couldn't have been a more perfect title for this drama and the women❣️

Fl (Wei Ying Luo) is smart, witty, scheming, resourceful, and cunning. You definitely don't want to get on her bad side that's all am gonna say.

Fl (Ming Lan)  wants to stay lowkey, especially since her status is low, but don't underestimate her meekness for stupidity. She is intelligent and cunning. You maybe on your death bed and not know how you even got there if you mess with her

Fl (Bai Quan/Susu) grows up to be a strong and powerful woman. She has her moments, but overall she is a satisfying watch

Once a sweet and innocent woman, a dutiful and supportive wife pushed to her death. She used her brain and her wits to assert revenge on all those who wronged her.

Graceful and elegant fl with intelligence and strength to back her up and her ability to turn hair pins into lethal weapons. Intuitive and observant to a T. Always asking the right question and sometimes being a source of laughter as everyone else scrambles to give her a believable answer.
