I didn’t realized I was in the mood for My Lethal Man, until I started the drama and boy did this one surprised me and my expectations. Sometimes, you want the cheese in a melodrama. You know what I am talking about. I want the fall kiss, I want the damsel in distress, I want the alpha ML and I want it with pretty actors with awesome fashion.

This one was pretty high budget, the cast were gorgeous and to my surprise, I didn’t realized the ML was 23! He didn’t look 23 at all in the drama and I’m glad I didn’t look up his age until after I finished the drama. The FL is 29 and she doesn’t look 29 at all either!

My favorite aspects of the show was, casting (very pretty), high fashion (even the secondary characters dressed nice) and cheesy (but addictive) plot. I really liked the enemies to lover relationship and usually that isn’t my thing.

This drama could have been another cheesy, awkward romance troupe, but I think the acting and casting really made this drama come to life. I really liked that it was a melodrama and I really felt the chemistry between the leads (plenty of kissing scenes).

I loved that the FL plays a “rich” person and she dressed really nice. As much as I love my frumpy FL, it was just pleasant to see the FL have some fashion sense. The secondary cast had a fun storyline too and I loved the love triangle, you never knew where it was going to go.

Overall, if you want a cheesy melodrama C drama, this is it. It will give you all the feels and smiles.
