A true roller-coaster of emotions. I very much enjoyed this drama.Even if It was a classical one, it was one of the good ones, the evolution of the main character along with the other characters,from a carefree young boy who spent money like there's no tomorrow to a wise and mature man. The acting was excellent, they made me fell like i was with them and felt what they felt. They really expressed the beauty of ancient china, all that interior designs screamed richness and beauty. They filmed really extraordinary views , i dont know how much green screen they used but it was a pretty good job. Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

It was a really fresh and loving drama , i watched in a while. I enjoyed and laughed at every single episode . I appreciated the fact that every character had their own story and ended up with happy ending. Even if the story has been modernised it has not lost the charm of the old days .The final was also very good , it didn't looked rushed, seems like the writer/writes took his/their time to work on this . The ost was also good . And the last but not least ,the actors ,did their work pretty well, you can see the acting improvement . I loved them in these characters. After a 2022 full of sad kdrama endings ,this is like a good fresh breath of air . Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

I highly awaited the second season , the cast ,the soundtrack were so good in the previous part ,so i had high expectations for this one. The last half of the last episode of season 1 was like a dream , i kept waiting them to wake-up and change the final , i cried a lot but i was also hopeful . For a better understanding, i recommend to watch the first part ,to see the growth of the characters, couse each and every single one of them has his particularly and unique story even if they are connected. The plot is catchy, you don't know what's gonna happen even if you think u have the idea . The final looked a bit rushed and i didn't had the time to process the events but at least it had the well awaited happy ending .The designs ,the clothing line is full of life (other than Jung Uk's ,his were all black) . I have no words for ost ,you can feel everything listening to it . With this project you can see the acting improvement of Lee Jae Wook , Go Yoon Jung and the others. I highly recommend to watch whenever you have the time .
