This is a must watch drama!
In this drama there are a lot of plot twists and its enjoyable because of the many stupid and funny moments that happen. I really reccomend you guys to watch this fully. There isn't a bit of the drama whre there is no action. This is an action packed drama with a little bit of sadness in there. I had so much hipe in this drama that it wouldn't get boring and it didnt fail me. I would say there wasnt a specific part i didn't enjoy. I enjoyed every scene i watched. It's so sad!!!
Ok, to start off I'm gonna say that this tbl is so good! I have also finished the second series too and will say a few things about the second series as well. You will understand when you watch it, but let me get to the review. I absolutely love the acting, it was on point and very sedimental. The chemistry between Shi De and Yi, was amazing. Props to the director for that. Music was amazing! I want to say, the right mood of music was put in the correct places. For example, sad scenes, sad music and yall get the rest. I love how this is different from other tbls, although it is kinda the same for all bls, is where Shi De avoids Yi because of something Yi said. If got me to tear up and was so sad??. That's my review for the storyline.My review for the acting was chefs kiss. Parts of the acting I feel like was genuine and real. There were parts in the second series where Shi De actually got drunk and was crying because they poured their hearts into this drama for us. They are so cute together in the series but it was so sad when he was with that blonde, but in reality, that was his step sis...(ep 6.5). The acting and all the crying in the first series made me take a break from binge watching the second series. I loved them acting and want to see more of them together in the future for future dramas.
Overview, I would highly, highly recommend for any of yall to watch this. It's sad and all and if i do get the chance would most likely rewatch the entire thing again. Trust me when I say this, you won't regret watching this!!

Ok, first off I would like to say is great acting. In my opinion this is a very good bl besides the fact that a lot of random things do just come out of nowhere. For example Jin Yu Zhen's previous lover. The chemistry with Yu Zhen and Lei Lei, was on point. From enemies to lovers, like who would love a drama like that? The second couple with Zhao Gang and Si Qi is AHHHHHH! Anyways, the reason why I gave it the stars it deserves is because the music was changing nonstop. Like for the ending parts of where it's this cliffhanger freeze moment it just changes from talking about love and regjection to, 'I do, I do, I do". Like seriously you couldve just let the previous music continue. Acting was s tier. I say this because all of it seemed genuine and real like how you would actually experience in real life. The part that broke me was when Lei Lei, came out to his mother, and his mother was like, "Oh, i had a feeling since you were younger you would confess your feelings to a man". Like, having a supporting mother like that qould mean to world. It made me sad and almost cried to the fact that his mother was so accepting.This doesnt relate to my review but what I've read in other reviews, but why are yall saying that Yu Zhen and Lei Lei didnt get a scene where they make out and gave the scene to Yu Zhen and his ex, when clearly after Yu Zhen states that he likes Lei Lei, they did make out. Like yall could clearly see it. They even went strait to, you know...
Anyways, overall would highly reccomend to watch. And be prepared to cry on some parts cause I was like tearing up and trying not to cry, but yall this cbl is so underrated. Highly reccomend!

THIS IS A MUST WATCH!!!
This is a MUST watch ok. I kept seeing it on tik tok and stuff and i was like i gotta watch this and i finished it. It is so sad but so good at the same time. This is one that i would definitely rewatch again and again and again without getting tired of it. The plot is amazing but confusing. You will understand when you reach the end of the series, but both of the main leads are so good at acting. I just can't with it and I'm gonna go and cry myself to bed because I dont have a golden retriever boyfriend!But if anyone does read this comment or review please help yourself and watch it! It's so good you won't regret it!
