could have been better

I just finished watching this drama today and I am quite disappointed with how the story turned out. Specifically the second half. Everything was interesting and good during the first half of the episode for me. Until we got to the latter parts.

I don't know what direction the writer wanted to head with but everything started to seem messy. I liked the romance between the leads and how they were connected in their past lives but I didn't like how it overall played out in the end.

Also, I didn't feel much chemistry between both the leads. They are good actors but the moment their characters progressed made progress with their romance ; started dating to be exact. Rather than getting the feeling of being electrified by the sparks between them, it felt rather more cringey for me to watch than butterflies on my stomach to the point I wanted to fast forward their scenes and there also seems to be this unexplainable awkward moment between them especially when they were kissing? or maybe it has to do with the angle?

Anyway, I sort of wish the writer made a better storyline for them. A stronger foundation than a mess.
