MUST WATCH
This drama is hilarious, despite talking about a really deep and dark topic such as child abuse and the resulting PTSD. This drama captivated me. I feel bad for the brother, but at least you can watch them in "She was Pretty" (although that dramas not as good as this one). You'll laugh (really loud and hard) and you'll cry, and your heart will hurt, and at the end, you find strength and that boundaries are a good thing. Just be prepared, it's good enough that you'll want to binge watch, but your heart has to be ready for the rollercoaster.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Great Epic Drama
This drama is definitely worth the watch, I'm actually re-watching it now. The character development was done extremely well. It's like Mulan on steroids. There are at least 3 distinct sections and each one is great. I like how they throw in some of the Daoist philosophy. It's unfortunate there aren't more realistic romantic scenes with the main leads (no kissing). And although I like Leo Wu's acting, the way he walks with his arms out, is it because he's trying to look bigger or older?Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
