Would Watch Again.

This movie comes right after season one and season two of the dramas with the same name and it continues the story where the season two left it. Honestly, it was better than the second drama. The action scenes were better, the music was better, and the story was more interesting. However, you do need to have watched the dramas or "Road to High&Low" to know what is going on. I still recommend it either way but I suggest if you are under 15, you should watch with an adult because at times it gets very violent, even showing blood in some cases.
