Absolutely charming characters
Story: I think there were too many things happening and it's funny how some of them doesn't make sense. The ending is somewhat rushed, with some plotholes, dumb actions & strange conclusions. Nevertheless, it is a funny and light-hearted show that shouldn't be taken seriously. I think the charm of the show is definitely the characters: FL, ML, & 2nd ML. They're all sweethearts and I love watching them worry, hate & grow.Characters: I read that some people dislike the FL for being a pushover, but isn't that the point? She's too kind for her own good and we get to watch her persevere with her traits & grow as a character. When she finally stands up for herself, the audience feels proud of her & relieved for her. I also like the ML for being such a sweetheart, even though I couldn't exactly pinpoint when he fell in love, and ambitious. The 2nd ML is also a sweetheart and it's obvious that he is sincerely in love with FL. I can't help but root for both of them :(

The story is so good !! It is slow at first but the pace picks up. The story is full of fun and comedy, very light hearted at first ! I think the friendship between Shisan and Zijin is natural, the gradual trust and bonding between the two are sweet. Shisan's experiencing internal turmoil to achieve immortality or not was executed well. Zijin actor is very good at expressions, especially when showing sincerity. Zijin actor is the perfect cast for him, since his features exude kindness, and naivety at the same time. Shisan actor is amazing at body language, at one point it is very noticable.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
