Not the best but definitely not bad
The story set up was really good from season one. I was looking forward to the revenge execution. First off, how did Dongeun manage to save so damn much money. There are too much plot holes like ...What happened to Soohee's case? How did Jaejun didn't know about Meyongo's ipad in his own car? How come Yeonjin easily agreed for a procedure in the dr Joo's hospital, it was like the story was going the way it is cause the writer wrote it that way. How did Do yeong know those thugs who worked for officer Shin? It felt like everyone knew everything. When Yeonjin found out about Mrs Kang I thought something interesting was coming up but Yeonjin was stupidly betrayed by her cause she was just verbally and casually threatening her. Things like how Dongeun know the mother of the guy Hyejeong was going to marry? How did Joo's mother know where Dongeun was and she happened to reach at the perfect time to save her? Who is the lady at the shrine in the end? Wait, that naked boob job scene was so unecessary. If you use your brain a little you'll understand it's the writer's world you're in not anything as near as realistic.Things I liked are....Doyeong's unconditional love for Yesol even after knowing the truth. How everyone turned blades against each other, lol it was so fun to watch....that lady Dongeun saved....and the actors' and actresses' acting. It was a good watch but I won't rewatch it.

It was so good but the ending?
I would say I was hooked to this series even though I'm not a fantasy fan. Yai's character might be the rarest green flag in thai bl. His and Jom's chemistry is off the charts. No doubt about it. I liked the cinematography and the music too. It clicked with the story very well. Coming to the plot...time travel is a risky genre and it usually leads to many plot holes if not done properly. Everything was very well scripted and I enjoyed all the episodes until the last few minutes towards the end. I will deduct one star for the ending. There is no explanation given as to how Yai was there in the present with Jom and how he remembers everything. Obviously the Yai in past already stated in the letter that he must have died by the time Jom reads it so who is the one who came at the end. They could have ended the series with Jom unexpectedly meeting a random guy looking like Yai or just moving on from him but they made it confusing and left us with too many questions. Anyways it was a good watch....I liked the dance scene, the kiss in the rain and the oil applying scene omg that was HOT.Don't skip this one. It's worth the time.

There's always an other way to handle problems
This was a realistic take on what actually LGBT+ people go through in society. I was enjoying the drama until the moment I saw the three characters on the same bed. When Meiko proposed to be the surrogate mother for their child, they should have talked about the aftermath and whatever that's related to the pregnancy BEFORE FINALISING. But no, it was a rash decision followed by another naive decision to have a threesome. I couldn't understand that if they slept together once , then what was that misunderstanding about whose child is it. And if there was a difference then, they didn't sleep together just once. Just because they had to convince his father. They didn't even talk about this with Eiji's parents before sleeping together. How more fucked up decision could they make? That's so sick. I was liking Eiji's character until he totally didn't care about Makki at all. I understand taking care of the pregnant mother was necessary but that doesn't mean you can ignore the feelings of the person you are doing all this to be with. And what? He fell in love with her afterwards? He was literally gay? Was marriage the only way? He didn't even try looking for him for should I say he gave no effort for being with Makki at all. Rather he was thinking about how to go on once he leaves. About Meiko, she thought she was helping but it turns out she was one of the reason for their breakup. She should have talked it out with Makki if he truly wanted it or not. No matter how much I liked her character, she turned out to be very selfish character. I pity Makki a lot. He was loyal to his boyfriend, he even rejected Meiko's feelings, who he cared about the most just because of his love for Eiji. I kinda understand why he bailed out at the last moment. Asato and Makki's story needed more episodes though. It felt like Asato was helping Makki slowly put all his broken pieces together. Anyways, it was hard to watch but what can I say, it's just how complicated it is to be a part of this society. Always trying to fit in, and in the process of it, some people lose themselves completely.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Thanks to that one insta reel that made me watch this
What a movie! I was captivated by the aura of it by watching some clips and I'm glad I gave it a try. The story portrayed in this two hour fifteen minutes movie left me with so much emotions and thoughts. One thing I'd admit, the acting of both the leads was splendid. You could see the eyes talk, you could feel the sadness right through the screen. I was spoiled somewhere that ot didn't have a happy ending but I'm glad it wasn't the case. I'd not have the courage to move on otherwise. (I had to live through the college entrance trauma once again though.) Anyways, don't let anything or anyone stop you from watching this masterpiece. I know I'd rewatch it again and again.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
Leaves you with questions
I just binged this drama and here I'm with confused thoughts and a lot of annoyance. And yes that's exactly how the author wanted us to feel. Neither full nor empty. The ignorance of the police, the easy going case solving agenda of prosecution, the helpless poor suspect and the hair pulling audience. Nothing was clear up until the last few minutes and it give me a headache but that's how the story is. Not your typical extra thriller mysterious story that gives you full answers with details of the crime in the end. It leaves the audience to think about the whole thing that happened in the last few hours. Kim Soo Hyun SERVES. How he changes throughout the episodes, his behaviour, his looks and body language. His amazing portrayal of Hyun Soo and of course Cha Seung won's realistic acting is what made the drama worth watching.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
I feel good
Sweet short story set in a rural area. I liked it. I watch short films a lot and get confused at the end a lot too. But this was unique and beautiful. The side character was so energetic I loved him. Pretty good story if you want to watch a lightweight short sweet film. I liked it how their intimate scenes were done. And the scene where the one apple falls it was like the indication that he left his apple (his heart) there and I was worried cause it might mean he will either come back or forget everything. Fortunately a good ending.I'll definitely rewatch it. It's just 26 minutes guys

I have high expectations
As the manga reader I'd say so far, so good. This is a story about a queer boy and his relationship with his friend that changed one day which led to some circumstances that forced them to separate. When they meet each other after ten years, things take turns and they both must find answers to all their questions while their relationship gets deeper than just friends. I was very much captivated by the manga and can't wait to see how they work it out. The actors, both young and adult are doing great job. Let's hope for the best.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
That was some STORY
I'm a fan of mystery thriller dramas since I can remember. There are stories which infuses confusion and questions. There are some which drags everything to the very end only to give a plot twist that's not even necessarily explains the rest 15 episodes waste of time. There are some which starts with a gripping storytelling but eventually falls apart in the midway or can't live up to it's expectations by a sloppy ending. Hear me out. Stranger comes under none of this. Prosecution dramas are hard to watch. It needs patience, brain to understand what's going on and memory to remember the hints and incidents that'd eventually make you aware of the scene that's happening. It's boring most of the times. But Stranger is the best drama I've seen so far in the mystery and law genre. There is not a single line wasted, not a single scene that would bore you, not a single character that doesn't have an appeal to the storyline. What makes this the best is the pace of storytelling and how amazingly it is told. "Who's right, who's wrong?" This question was answered so brilliantly in the last episode that I was left stunned. What an AMAZING ACTOR the main lead was. Both the female leads were excellently written. The ending theme music needs to be appreciated too. The poster appealed to me and it really lived up to it. I'd rewatch it if I ever forget about it

Reminded me of TMS
I'm not going to judge without completing it. Episode one really tested my patience. Production is good and actors have potential. But I'm afraid this slice of life is gonna fall in the "could have been better without plot holes" category. They are spending too much time on unnecessary scenes given the length of the episode. Still manifesting a good story. I didn't like the mc's behaviour towards his manager and the other mc's living infront of his house like a stalker. Let's see where it goes.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?
