It's worth watching
Overall it was a really cute romance. Unfortunately like most dramas they start out really strong and rope you in, then it lags on for no reason and the ending Falls a little flat. The ML and FL are both really cute together and he is a sweet protective husband. I really enjoyed the love story of Gui Bai and Miss shui. That was a cute little added love story that helped me enjoy this drama. I feel like it's worth watching once but it is definitely not something I would rewatch. I am however glad that it was not a super sad ending. I hate how love stories tend to end sadly and it makes you regret watching the drama.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Had a great start and then....
I really loved the first half of this drama. I loved the arguing between lu li and He Na. The fighting and them learning how to cultivate in the human world was great. When Lu li died that's when it went down hill. The moment Lue shao went to the immortal palace I got bored and it dragged on for what felt like forever. I like that it has two endings but past their time on earth I did not enjoy this drama. Still lu ge/lu li is nice on the eyes so I'd love to see him in more dramas. Definitely headed in a top spot in my book
This is my first time reviewing on here. I had to give my two cents on this one for sure! So far I absolutely love it! There are so many mushy wuxia dramas all about love. This one is about friendship and short bits of love here and there. I love the fight scenes. One flaw is there are sooooo many characters and storylines it's hard to keep up at times. There is no way to remember each character in this show. They also talk a bit fast so it's hard to read subtitles at times. The music could be better as well imo.Add on at episode 30...
This is still an excellent drama. The acting is great. I don't want to see this drama end ? I still feel it's in the top 10 in my book as of now. We will see if the ending ruins it. So many dramas come out strong then bam! Bad ending.

Its not bad but not great
I dont get all the negative reviews but I'd say it was a fill in drama to watch if youre in between waiting for dramas you want to see. ML is definitely worth watching he's so handsome and a good actor. FL over did it many times. She was super clingy. I loved the emperor though he was so funny and sweet. I enjoyed most of the drama but the end was kinda corny. Just my opinion.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

This drama is suspenseful, love, danger and entertaining. It feels like people need special effects and fake kung fu/fighting in order to enjoy a show. Or they need to drool over Dylan wang or Yang Yang in order to give a decent rating. For me PHS is amazing this role. He plays a prince interested in his people and he is comical at times. On the other hand Lee tae-sun is hilarious!! His laugh is so funny and he always refers to himself in third person. The FL I feel they could have found someone better. She is bland and hard to like. The second FL is better IMO. So far their detective search for the connection between everything is the best part. There really is not much romance as of yet. It feels like there will be but we are all waiting for it to finally happen!!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Best Drama of 2023 so far!
I have truly enjoyed watching this drama. Its funny and cute all at the same time. While I love the ML, Di lanjue is the best! Of course he's easy on the eyes, but he is so sweet and loyal. I did not expect the ML to die right out the gate. I definitely was not ready for that. Thankfully he has so many story lines in this drama that you can't get enough of each character he plays. His acting range is amazing!? I wasnt a fan of fiery but it was still a sweet storyline. The drama is going so well with lots of love and happiness, yet I can feel a sad ending coming. I hate sad or rushed endings, so I hope the ending does not ruin my opinion of this drama. ML and Di lanjue need more main roles in dramas for sure!!!Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

I rarely write reviews but I had to share my thoughts on this show. The storyline is fun and entertaining. The ML ? is gorgeous and his voice! The FL shes a great actress but not very cute IMO. The chemistry isnt great either. Minus the love part the story is on fire! So many of the supporting actors are fantastic as well. Pleasantly surprised
I did not havs much expectations for this drama. I am happy i decided to watch it thus far. The cast is amazing! I love the ML and FL they have wonderful chemistry. Also Patrick quan is a great actor! He definitely needs a ML spot soon because he's adorable and actually funny! I will keep watching and hopefully it does not fizzle out towards the end or have a bad ending. Ive had so many end badly lately and I need a good ending drama STAT! I watched the sleepless princess and I want to hurt the writer of that drama. Zheng deserves a happy ending drama.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Lee Soo Hyuk need I say more?
Ok so I started watching this as I found the chinese dramas right now bland and boring. Originally I thought, "who knows it may surprise me?" Right away I was drawn in with the king dying, the prime minister obviously in love with the king, the jealous sister who messed up by allowing her sister to marry for her, and now the queen has to find a prince to marry to survive. Que the third prince who is obviously a villain based on what we are told, then I hear his voice ? I knew immediately it was Lee Soo Hyuk! He never disappoints as a villain. With that deep sultry voice and devilish charm he is by far my favorite korean villain ?. So now I'm hooked and I really hope this ends up being worth my 10 rating and it doesnt fizzle out.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

The end is BAD!
The ML is amazing. He's super funny and always makes you smile. The FL is horrible! Her acting is horrible and her pig nose ruins it for me. The storyline was great up until the end. He remains a God and has to go through the same thing over and over for eternity. So basically the real "God" is evil for making him watch his woman die for eternity while he never ages or changes. Personally the writer ruined a good story. I did like his sidekicks though. They added to the humor and made it easier to watch.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Finally a good xianxia this year!
I was excited when I heard who was going to be the ML in this drama. Luo Yunxi is amazing when it comes to playing bad guy turned good. The chemistry between ML and FL is great as well. What a great twist to show their back story as a Immortal in love with a demon and the ML was the good guy in their backstory. Deng Wei is a wonderful actor too. Sadly his wife is pretty annoying. Chen Duling is an actress I just cannot get behind. I gag almost every time I see her pop up in a drama I am watching. Of course now she is after Tantai jin! He better end up putting her in her place for the FL soon or I will be disappointed. Besides that I am absolutely in love with this xianxia. This is definitely heading towards an unforgettable love story. The only thing I hate is I can feel there is a sad ending headed our way.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Im torn on this one
I am enjoying the comedy parta of this drama that is for sure. I find myself torn in regards to the love story. The Dragon has been hurt by the last person he looked so I get why he's so guarded. It just feels like he shows very little to know emotion regarding the female lead. He can stab her in the heart with little regard for her life. I get that happening in the beginning, but to do that with no emotions regarding her to save his little elves kind of bothers me. Korean drama at its best
I am so enthralled with how beautifully written this drama is. All of the ML are amazing in their own ways. The quiet hopeless romantic, the playboy who is actually the WATCHMAN, and the moody prince with revenge brewing everyday in his heart. The FL is beautiful and so is her sister. Many times the female actresses at least one annoys me, but not this drama. They have wonderful chemistry with the male actors. I will definitely keep watching to see where this all ends up. Fingers crossed Lee seol becomes king, makes his brother a prince, and Dan oh is his queen.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

Ive been waiting so long!
My very first korean drama was tale of the nine taled. I was so sad that Rang died in the first one. It's wonderful to have him back. Yeon is funny but rang definitely makes me smile. I truly hope he ends up with the mermaid. He deserves a true love story. Half foxes need love too ? I want Mi ho to stick around too. Im excited to see where this season takes us. I was hoping this would go back to Yeons first love but beggars cant be choosers. I'm on the fence about Hong joo shes a bit of a nut job and I cant tell whose side shes on even though yeon and rang save her girl orchid.Vond je deze recentie nuttig?

This drama has me giggling like a kid. Its so sweet and light hearted. Where has this ML came from??? His voice is OMG so ?. Hes also very handsome. Ive never seen him in anything before and now I need more with him in it! And II young the second of the gang is such a cutie too! Honestly I feel the FL is kind of annoying and they definitely could have found someone prettier. Other than the FL the rest of the drama is great!
