My drama journey only began in 2021, at the same time as I started learning Chinese.

I mainly watch C-Dramas (pretending that’s on par with revising my lessons)  with the occasional K-Drama thrown into the mix.

My favourite genres so far are definitely Xianxia and Wuxia, but I also love regular Historical/Costume dramas.
Court politics! Scheming! Actually smart and witty characters! are all absolutely my jam.

In case these get too heavy, I’m also down for some Comedy and a nice Romance definitely makes my heart beat faster.

What I can’t stand are overly whiny, dumb characters that are portrayed as super strong or likeable. Please make it make sense!
